Don't Go, I Can't Do This On My Own
- Yaressi's POV -
It was now 8:30 and we decided to head home.
Copeland was sound asleep on Kellin's shoulder.
We crept over to where Kellin parked his car and he carefully put Copeland in her car seat.
I sat in the back seat to keep an eye on her.
We arrived home and the boys were already there.
Mike was drunk.
Great.
"Heeeeey girl wasssuuuu-" Mike drew out before he tripped over his feet.
I shook my head and laughed.
Vic got up and helped Mike back on his feet.
Mike steadied himself on my shoulder.
"Yaressi.. I- I have something to tell you.." he whispered.
"Yes?"
"You see these walls? Yeah, these walls are brown. Cause we're Mexicans. And we fucking rule. And you're walls are just white.. Cause you're a cracker." he wobbled.
I shook my head.
"Mike, I'm not white, clearly by my name, I'm Mexican."
"No, no no.. Just cause you got that Mexican dick don't mean you are one." he pointed to a sleeping Tony.
Drunk Mike was hilarious yet insulting at times.
"Fuck you, Mike." Tony mumbled over his shoulder.
"When?" Mike winked.
"Shutup." Tony groaned.
"Biiiiitch!" Mike fell over again. Tony laughed so hard he rolled off the couch.
We were all laughing at this point, and I couldn't control my laughter so I had to be sat down on the couch.
There was a knock at the door.
Jaime stood up and opened it then turned towards me.
- Oli's POV -
I finally made my way to the Pierce The Veil bus and Jaime opened the door for me.
I jumped back a little, scared someone might want to hurt me.
Kellin stood straight up and gave Copeland to Nicole.
"Can we help you, Sykes?" Jaime asked.
"I need to talk to Yaressi." I answered.
Mike stumbled over to the door and pushed Jaime out of the way.
"I'm sorry, but Yaressi is not available EVER, please don't leave a message." he tried slamming the door but I put my hand up to where he couldn't.
"I'm serious now Sykes, leave, she doesn't want to talk to you."
"You don't know that. She hasn't said a word." I looked over at Yaressi who was frozen on the couch.
- Yaressi's POV -
Oli was at the door and I didn't move.
Mike was trying to get him to leave, but he wouldn't budge.
"I'll talk to him." I sighed.
Everyone including Oli looked turned and looked at me.
I stood up and headed towards the door.
Jaime and Mike shot Oli a glare.
"I'll be fine guys, I promise."
Jaime kissed my cheek and I made my way outside with Oli.
We both sat on the ground and he spoke.
"Listen, Yaressi... I know I made a mistake. A huge, terrible mistake. I regret it so much. I want to take it back, but I know I can't. These past 6 months have been so hard on you and I'm so sorry. I know I can't leave, so I won't. I promise you I'm going to always be here to take care of the baby. It's mine too, so I will always be here. I know Tony won't be able to take c-"
I stopped him.
"Oli. I know you're sorry, and I accept that. Thank you so much. But the guys can't stand you... How do you suppose you can take care of the baby? Plus you're going to be on tour all the time. And I love Tony. He'll be able to help out a lot, we are together. And... I don't think you're really ready to take care of a baby."
He had a different look on his face now.
It was rage.
"Are you saying I'm not good enough to take care of a child?! A child that's mine too! I could fucking learn how Yaressi! You're only 20! I'm 26! I'm pretty sure I know more than you do!"
"Oli I didn't mea-"
"No! You know exactly what you meant stupid bitch!"
I could feel my eyes start to water and Tony ran outside.
It only took him one punch to knock Oli to the ground.
"You won't be the father of this baby. I will."
Tony picked me up and carried me inside.
Jaime walked out with his fists clutched and his face full of anger.
All I heard was a groan from Oli and Jaime yelling.
"Go the fuck home Sykes! We gave you a chance and you blew it!"
"I have anger issues..." he slightly mumbled.
By this point Mike walked out there and Oli ran.
I was so upset.
I didn't know what to do.
- Oli's POV -
I ran straight to my car and drove home angrily.
"FUCK!" I screamed. "I'm so stupid!"
I started to speed and ran a red light.
I heard sirens behind me and seen blue and red lights flashing.
Great.
I sped up more trying to get them off my trail, but it wasn't working.
What the fuck am I doing?
I pulled over and got out.
An angry cop was walking towards me.
Not more yelling.
I began to run.
I ran and ran while they were chasing after me in cars and on foot.
After five minutes my scrawny legs gave out and an officer had already caught me by then.
He slammed me against the car and forced my hands behind my back.
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you."
He cuffed me and I was put in the back seat.
What did I just do?
