So I fell asleep last night before I could author a coherent comment. That said, I loved the update! I love the tension in finding out, holy shit, Chris is willing to pay several million to get Zoey back. Why? I generally take it as a character's insecurities when they repeatedly say, "I'm nothing special," but clearly Chris believes otherwise in this case. So the mystery here is what IS so special about Zoey? I can't wait to find out! (I have some theories, but it's early days yet so I'll keep my lips zipped.)

Because I was such a dunderhead last night, I forgot to say that I like that the girls' uniforms have a small embroidered wasp. That's a sweet little detail that I enjoyed. :)

I actually was going to hold off updating till morning, but once I updated my other story, I got a little excited and wanted to put this chapter out there as well!

That's perfectly okay. I understand you are building tension and suspense, and I'm completely along for the ride! :) In fact, I was so excited to see an update that I delayed going to sleep to be able to catch-up on the chapter. Of course, because I delayed sleep, my brain is a little fuzzy, so bear with me.

Oh my gosh, it's funny that you say that because just yesterday I started the outline for the next chapter! It absolutely is, I have the next few days off so I'll be able to get it out pretty soon!
