The Beach.
*** ALICE'S POV ***
It's Friday today. And it's also our last day before summer. I have to say, I'm more than excited to have the summer holidays off, it'll be amazing to just relax on the beach and have a great time with my friends. It's currently lunch and Mike, Tony, Vic, Cassie, Jaime, Vic's girlfriend Cara and I are all sitting round a table eating. Mike has his arm round me. He squeezed my side to get my attention and I looked up at him, he pecked my lips lightly and smiled at me. I returned the smile and went back to the pasta I was eating. Mike and I aren't going out, like I'm not his girlfriend... but it's not just sex either. I guess he likes me, I'm not sure if I like him. I think I probably have feelings for him. It's Mike. He's gorgeous, he's sweet, he's caring, he makes me feel like I'm beautiful, which no one has ever really been able to do and he likes me for me. He doesn't try to change me. And his smile. Oh my God his smile. It's the most infectious, beautiful thing I've ever come across in my life. I leaned my head into his shoulder and he put his head on mine as I returned back to my thoughts. Tony and I still talk, but no where near as much as we used to. It kind of sucks actually, I thought I'd be getting my best friend back. Apparently he's talking to this girl called Stephanie and they like each other. I guess I can't really complain, I ended it with him. Kerrie also hasn't bothered with either of us. I don't really care about that either. She's a bitch and that's the most she'll ever be.
"Hey Alice, you wanna go to the beach tomorrow? Everyone's going." Mike smiled at me and kissed the top of my head. I nodded and smiled. The beach will be fun.
It's Saturday today and we're all going to the beach. Cassie is in my house whilst we get ready to go. She's sitting in front of my mirror finishing off her makeup whilst I'm roaming my wardrobe for a dress to wear today. I've picked out a blue bikini that does wonders for my boobs and Cassie has on a little white one. It shows off her beautifully tanned skin. I don't tan anywhere near as good as Cassie does. I wish I did. I finally pick out a blue and white dress to wear and slip it on, then tie my long hair up into a little bun. Cassie and I are driving to the beach ourselves and we'll meet everyone else there.
"You ready Cass?"
"Hellll yeah!" she squealed excitedly.
"Well then lets go!" I laughed and we walked out the door hand in hand. I love my best friend. We're always so silly with each other. We were listening to the radio and singing along to the songs, laughing our asses off.
"So Cassss... How was your date with Hime-Time last night?"
"Oh my god! Ally it was amazing! He's amazing. I love him, seriously! He showed up at my door with red roses in his hands and that big goofy grin of his and I like nearly melted. He took me to the nicest little restaurant, it was small but cosy and definitely fancy. We talked and laughed for hours. He told me I was so beautiful and he loves me, like really loves me. And he kissed me goodnight and I so badly wanted him to come upstairs but I so know my mum wouldn't allow it. Ugh. Anyway, the date was perfect. And we didn't stop texting until like 2AM last night. It was amaaaazing." She drew the word amazing out and I smiled, seeing Cass happy is more than I've ever wanted. "What about you and Mikey?" she wiggled her eyebrows at me and I shoved her a little, laughing with her.
"I was thinking about that earlier actually. We're not like, going out... But it's obvious that he likes me. I guess I like him too. There's definitely something there. And no, it's not just sex, before you ask. And yes, he's amazing in bed - not that I have anything to compare it to but oh my god." I giggled and Cassie did too.
"You read my mind girl. Eeek! We're nearly here." she gushed. "So what about you and Tone? I know it's a sensitive topic, but how are you doing?"
"Ugh. Tony. We're friends but like it's nothing compared to what we used to be like. Everything's changed. I don't know... And now there's this Stephanie girl. Oh well. I was the one that ended it, I just have to face the consequences of me doing so."
"That Stephanie girl is apparently coming today, Ally." she gave me a sad smile but I shrugged it off. It should be fine. Right?
*** TONY'S POV ***
We've been at the beach for an hour now and all Ally and Mike are doing are making out in the sand on her towel. Her body is flawless. She's been working out. Her boobs look phenomenal in the bikini top she's wearing, her little abs on her stomach are protruding. It's not like really muscley where it looks ugly it's just nice. Her bum is getting more perky and her long toned legs look amazing. I can't believe Mike gets to hold her like that, and kiss her, and have sex with her. I was snapped out of my thoughts by Stephanie rambling on about wanting to go into the water with me and the guys. I guess I like her. She's just kind of... there. To get over Alice with. I don't know what I feel for her. She's beautiful and she's such a lovely girl. But is she anything compared to Alice?
I went out into the water with Stephanie, Vic, Jaime and Cassie. Soon we seen Mike carrying Alice in the water. She always hated it. I smiled a bit to myself when she was squirming around complaining about how cold it was once she got into the water. I wanted to just scoop her up in my arms and cuddle her and kiss her and NO. I'm with Stephanie now. I'm with Stephanie...
"Why are you looking at her like that?" Stephanie snapped me out of my thoughts, again.
"I wasn't, I'm sorry baby." I pouted at her and she smiled and gave me a big soppy kiss. That's another thing, she doesn't kiss anywhere near as good as Alice.
*** MIKE'S POV ***
It's nearing sunset and we're all sitting around a little fire we made on the beach. I've got my arm round Alice who's sitting in her towel, drying off and I can't help but feel like such a happy guy right now.
"So we have a gig on Monday night guys! There's apparently going to be real important people there from a record company." Vic beamed. Tony, Jaime and I all smiled. This could be the real deal for us. It really could.
"So we want as much support as we can get!" Jaime said, with cheers coming from everyone else after he said it.
"You know me and Cass are there, boys!" Alice said from beside me. I looked down at her and smiled, she's so beautiful. The sun has brought out little freckles all over her nose and cheeks. I kissed her and her kisses are like heaven, she makes me feel so happy. I like this girl. A lot.
