|Vic's text|8 p.m| Hey! It's Vic, remember ? tomorrow meet us up on the street at 7:30,school is not that far from here ! We'll go get everything you need, K ?
|Drew's text| 8:01 p.m| Hey! yea I remember haha don't worry! Okay for the rest see u tomorrow then, i'm going to bed, I think I'm stilla little jetlaged! see ya !
|Vic's text | 8:01 p.m| Good night pretty lady ;)

"Pretty lady"? Who is he calling pretty lady? I put my phone to charge and turned away as I slowly felt asleep.
6 A.M- MONDAY- Day 2 I woke to the sound of Been a son by Nirvana, which meant it was time for me to get up. As usual when i woke up early, I got down to take my breakfast. Only my dad was in the kitchen.

"Good Morning", he said, pouring coffee into my black cup. Yes I like black so what ?.

"Hello" I responded with a small smile on my face as I sat down on a bar stool. I took a sip of coffee and put it right back down as it was too hot. I took my spoon and started making small circle in my coffee.

"Ready for today?" He asked as my brother got down.

"Not so sure" I revealed continuing my circles. Fil sat next to me, he moved his head to say, he is not really a morning person.

"It's going to be okay, for both of you !" Our dad said to reassure us

15 minutes later, I finally had finished my coffee and went straight up to the shower. I was out in no time, and started to straighten my hair, and do my eyeliner wing. I then brushed my teeth and look inside my closet to decide what outfit would be best for my first day of school. After long minutes of intense reflexion, and realizing, the time I had left, I opted for a high waisted grey jean slim and a black croptop sweater. I added my black platform dr Martens, put on some darkred lipstick, took my bag and got down. My dad had already left and my brother was waiting outside with everyone.I got out and locked the door and then joined the guys.

"There she is" Mike said with a smile on his face. "You slept well? ready for today?" he questionned me.

"Hey guys!, Yes thank you!" I smiled.

"Okay then let's go" my brother proposed.

The next moment we all were in the car driving to school. It was a 10 minutes ride, so we were at this new pretty soon. Vic parked the car and we all went down. They led us inside the school, stopping from time to time to say hello. When Fil and I arrived at the school administration they gave us our schedule, the number of our locker with the code to open them, and obviously all of our books. We got out the room,Vic and Mike were waiting for us with two other guys. They checked our schedule and introduced their friends.

"Okay so Drew, you and Mike have the same first period together so, you'll follow him, and Fil, you'll follow Jaime, here," he said pointing at a guy with spiked hair on his right. "And this is Tony!" he added, mentionning the boy next to Jaime.

"Nice to meet you" my brother said

"Yeah, nice to meet you" I continued

"Drew? Shall we go ? you don't want to be late for first period!
"Hum yes, after you" I answered with a soft smile.

He started walking in the hallway, we stoped at my locker to put all my books inside. His was not really far from mine, so he took his history book. I took mine and waited for him.

" Do you want me to carry your book?" Mike asked

"No, no I'm good thanks!."

What was he thinking? I can't even carry one book? We walked until the end of the hallway and turned left, and entered a room. Mike told me to go take a seat and introduced me to the teacher. I crossed the classrom and sat in the back, near the window. I put down my book and waited for Mike. He arrived a couple of minutes later and the lesson started.

"Hi everyone, first I would like to welcome Drew, who is coming from..." He waited for me to complete the sentence.

"Liverpool" I said, trying to speak a little louder than I usually do.

"Well, nice accent drew!" He said, mentionning my english accent."Welcome to San Diego."

"Thank's" I responded.

He started the lesson.

|Mike's point of view.| I was trying to focus on the lesson, but all could think about was Drew, and her accent, her eyes, her very gentle face, and everything about her actually. Maybe I should get to know her. I mean WE, we should all get to know each other. Maybe I should text my brother.
|Mike's text| After school, starbuck or else, with Fil and Drew, show 'em around ?
|Vic's text| 8:30 a.m| Talk about it at lunch ? I'll tell Fil to join us this noon, invite Drew! And stop texting in class.

I rolled my eyes and started thinking of a way to ask Drew to join us at lunch. I mean this can't be that hard right. I just have to go up to her and say, "Hey, wanna join us for lunch ?" She'll say yes, why wouldn't she ? It's not like she knows anyone else here right ?
When the bell rang, we all went out and since I got out first, I waited for her. She spoke to the teacher and joined me after.

"So, where is your next period, I can take you there if you want? " I asked looking at her

"Yeah sure let's go." She answered with the smile she always has on her face.

I walked her up to her next classroom, silently but stopped her before she could come in.

"Hey, hm I wanted to ask, if maybe you wanted to join us for lunch ?" I finally said.
