Summary
Dean Manchester's life has offically fallen apart. She lost everything she's ever worked for and everyone one she's ever loved. The one man she thought she could trust betrayed her more times than she would care to admit, and now that a certain line has been crossed, she has no choice but to run.
Giving herself a new identity and letting go of her toxic past, she flees her hometown and runs to the west coast, landing herself in the city of San Diego, CA. There, she decides she can get a fresh start and even a new life to live, but running into a certain Vic Fuentes may put her plans on hold. Getting caught up in his and his friends' crazy life creates one hell of an adventure for her, but also starts to prove that San Diego may be more trouble than it's worth. New problems are arising for Dean, and old memories from the past start coming back to haunt her. And what's worse? Her new life starts to unravel right before her eyes once the life she was trying to forget comes rushing back to claim her.
Even with the friends she's made and the promise of love in the air, Dean's hesitant to stay. History is bound to repeat itself, but something- or someone -else is convincing her to stay. So, will she stay and fight her demons once and for all? Or will she drown in another fizzled out moment in time?
