No Idea

I arrived at school about a week after my appointment. I walked in and walked to my locker, not seeing anyone at school, that being no Jaime, Vic, Tony, Brendon, Kellin, no one. I shrugged it off though, opening my locker, getting my stuff out for class and closing it again, walking to my class.

As I was nearly there, I heard my name being called from behind me. I stopped and turned, seeing Tony running down the hall after me. I smiled and waited as he approached me, out of breath.

‘Hey! Sorry I’m late, I slept in. Where is everyone else?’ He asked.

‘I am not too sure. Maybe they are sick or something.’ I said as I turned back around and began to walk to class.

‘Well, what are you doing after school?’ Tony questioned.

‘Um, nothing, was just going to head home and watch some movies maybe. I don’t know why?’ I questioned.

‘Was wondering if you wanted to do something, but that sounds fun. Why don’t we do that?’ He said.

‘Sure, I mean, you can join me if you want.’ I said before we walked into class and went quiet.
The day went on slowly but it was finally the end of the day and Tony was going to drive us back to mine, seeing as Dad dropped me off this morning. I was seated in the passenger seat as Tony drove.

‘So what movies are we going to watch?’ Tony questioned.

‘I don’t know. We can decide when we get home.’ I said looking to Tony.

‘Okay, umm…’ He said, seeming nervous.

‘Tony, is everything okay?’ I asked, he shook his head.

‘Not really. This is really hard to keep.’ He said.

‘Tony?’ I asked, worried.

‘Okay, well, we are here. Um, wait, before you get out, can you put this on please?’ He asked, handing me a blindfold.

‘What, no.’ I argued.

‘Please, for me.’ He asked, puppy dog eyes happening.

‘Fine. But if you are going to kill me, don’t.’ I said as I put it over my eyes.

I heard Tony’s door open and close again before I heard my door open. Tony undid the buckle before he helped me out the car and slowly walked me to the door, closing the door to the car behind him.

We walked very slowly until we came to a stop and I heard my front door open. We stepped in and we stopped in what I think was the sitting room. The blindfold was removed from my head and a bunch of people yelled surprise at me.

‘What the hell?’ I asked, looking around the room.

‘Welcome to your baby shower!’ Hannah said as she walked up to me and hugged me.

‘Aw! Thank you!’ I said back excitedly. I hugged Hannah back before hugging my Dad when he came up to me.

‘I told you Hannah and I were going to do something special.’ Dad said as he pulled out of the hug.

‘Okay, who is ready to find out what the baby’s gender is?’ Jaime said as he walked in with a white cake. I looked over to him and smiled as he sat it down on the table. I sat down on the couch and grabbed the knife.

‘Okay, so votes on a girl?’ I asked. Jaime, Hannah, Vic and Brendon put their hands up. ‘Boy?’ I asked, Dad, Tony and Kellin put their hands up.

I cut into the cake and pulled the knife out before cutting the other side to pull out a slice. I smiled seeing the cake being a pink colour before I looked around to everyone.

Hugs and congratulations were shared with me. I thanked everyone before we all had a piece of cake. After the cake, they started giving me gifts.

‘You didn’t have to do that!’ I said.

‘Well, yes, we did.’ Dad replied.

I opened them all up and received a bunch of baby clothes in the colour of pink, so I assume Dad and Hannah had informed them. I got bottles and some toys also. Dad and Hannah had brought me a cot. Then they brought out the biggest gift of them all.

I stood up and walked over to it. I unwrapped it and looked at the box. It read ‘open slowly’. I looked back to see Dad and Hannah smiling and everyone else giggling to themselves.

I opened the slowly before ripping the box open, having Sarah jump out hugging me. I hugged her back and began to cry.

‘I can’t believe you are here!’ I said, still hugging her and crying into her shirt.

‘I can’t believe I’m going to have a niece.’ She replied.

‘And you are going to be the godmother too.’ I announced, which made her hug me tighter.

‘Thank you!’ She said. We stopped hugging and she hopped out the box. She looked at me and smiled, kinda laughing.

‘You look a little fat Stel.’ She said, making me slap her.

‘Well, seeing as I am pregnant, duh.’ I said, laughing.

Vic came over to give Sarah a big hug and a million kisses. They shared how much they missed each other and how much they love each other. I rolled my eyes and interrupted there little talk.

‘Vic, how would you like to be the godfather of my little girl?’ I questioned.

‘I would love that honour Stel. Thank you!’ He said, smiling to me. He came over to hug me and we shared a hug for a bit before he moved back over to Sarah.

I excused myself and found Jaime who was talking with my Dad, which surprised me. I walked over and put my arm around Jaime’s waist. He looked down to me and he put an arm around my shoulders.

‘Well, you two do make a pretty perfect couple.’ Dad said, making me blush. Jaime laughed before he looked at me.

‘We do, don’t we.’ He said.

‘We aren’t together.’ I reminded people.

‘Not yet anyway.’ Dad said and I looked up at Jaime, who looked back down to me. I smiled as he smiled to me, I was caught up in the moment until I heard the click of a camera. I looked over to see Hannah standing next to dad with a polaroid camera, shaking the picture when it came out.

She handed it to me and I smiled, handing it to Jamie. ‘Here, you have it.’ I said as he took it and smiled to it.

‘Well, I am scanning it onto the computer, going to put it as my profile picture, putting it on my phone as the lock and home screen because I want everyone to know how much I love you.’ Jaime said before leaning down and kissing my lips. He pulled away and laughed a little.

‘Stella, will you be my girlfriend, again?’
