Counting The Stars and Scars

*Max's POV*

I woke up with a really sick feeling in the pit of my stomach, I started to panic as I felt myself getting ready to be sick, I sat up and looked to my right and saw a sleeping Jaime, I carefully shuffled out of bed, making sure I didn't wake him and rushed to the toilet, I was immediately brought to my knees as I felt the puke rise into my mouth, I started hugging the toilet as I started gagging, I was surprised that Jaime didn't hear me, thankfully. I sat back wiping my moth and eyes, maybe it was something I ate? I have no idea, I got up and went downstairs, it's 7:30AM! I can't believe I am up so early, but I know I'll never get back to sleep. After sitting on the couch for an hour I decided that I was going to go a jog, why not? The suns out. I tiptoed up stairs and around the room, careful not to wake Jaime, I grabbed my running clothes and stopped to look in the mirror after I quickly and quietly got changed, I was getting fat. This is all my fault I could've been skinnier if I never got 'better' I could still be skinny, I was on the verge of tears and Jaime was starting to move around so I sucked it up and ran downstairs, quietly, and wrote a note; "Jaime I'm away a jog, I left some food in the fridge, I'll see you when I get back, I love you xx" With that I left and locked the door.

As I was jogging half way through the park with my earphones in I felt something hit me in the back of the leg, I thought that maybe I stepped on a stick so I just kept going then i felt it again, I stopped and turned around, there was no one there, I started to get a little nervous so I took my ear phones out and started jogging again, but faster than before. I got around a corner and saw a car come down the road, I jumped on the path and started walking as I was tired, I looked up and saw the car coming straight towards me just in time I jumped out of the way as it came on the path and crashed into a bud, I turned around to see someone get out... Jason!! I tried to get up and run but I must have sprained my ankle when I fell, I pushed myself up as quickly as I could and hobbled away, I heard his feet hit the ground as he jumped out of his now wrecked Cadillac and come running towards me, I saw Tony's house and ran straight towards it, knocking on the door, "TOOONYY!! OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR!! TONY!!" I shouted out as my voice cracked and I started to cry, I saw Jason looking for me and we made eye contact, he smirked at me and started running, Tony opened the door and I lunged myself at him falling over and landing in his hall on my bum, holding my ankle, "Max?" He said with the door still wide open, "SHUT THE FUCKING DOOR AND LOCK IT!!" I shouted in pain, he looked scared but done what I said. I sighed and then broke down.

After taking me to the couch and calming me down after about 10 minutes I finally looked at him and realised that he was shirtless, "Tony why are you topless?" I asked tilting my head a little as I let him dry my tears, "Well Ms Crooks, since it is 8:13am I was still sleeping but was woke when you came to the door and I didn't have enough time to put a shirt on" he said laughing I giggled at the way he addressed me, "Sorry" I blushed he shook his head, "Don't be sorry, I just want to know what happened?" He said pulling his legs up on the couch and folding them, so I told him what happened and how Jason was following me, he started to get angry, I put my hand on his chest and he was gradually getting warmer, "Tony calm down, I'm fine, I mean I might have a sprained ankle but I'm good" I said as I kept my hand on his chest, I looked into his eyes and noticed something I hadn't noticed before, Tony is really good looking like I know I shouldn't be saying that because I'm engaged but damn he is hot!
