scream at the drunken moon

its several months later before lola wakes up , she's been in a coma and izzy hasn't left her side she refuses to turn off the machines she refused to let go of her baby sister.

lolas p.o.v

i wake up this isnt my bedroom it stinks of antiseptic and the room is bright white i look over to see my sister izzy asleep in the chair next to me she looks like hell she looks like she hasn't done anything in days.

"izzy.." i whisper

she looks at me wide eyed like a deer in headlights

"l l lola?" she says stunned this brought a tear to my eyes she quickly got up and pulled me into a tight hug

"thank god your alive " her voice is shaky she is crying her eyes are red and puffy with tear stains Shortly after her saying that she got up and got a nurse the nurse checked me over and I got signed out. We didn’t go back to the house I didn’t know where we were going I just stared out the window listening to the music playing in the car we pulled up to a nice house I just turned and looked at izzy she smiled she has an amazing smile it could light up the darkest day she knew what to do to lighten anyones day and always knew what to say whenever I got upset I do love my big sister I may not tell her often but she knows.

At our new house she already had to room set up all my band posters are up on my wall she had my room just the way I liked it my walls are painted black with red on the window sils and red around the borders on the wall my favorite bands are on my wall pierce the veil, sleeping with sirens etc I go over to my bed to find a small envelop with my name on it its from izzy.

“ lola if you are reading this you are finally home , welcome home sweetie this is our new house I would show you around but I decided you would most likely want space , i'm sos sorry about what happened to you o wasn’t there to protect you my angel you mean the world to me i'm go happy you are finally awake now that you are home please go into the bathroom there should be a warm bath ready for you its time for you to relax my dear I will not let anyone hurt you ever again my dearest lola after your bath come down stairs and have dinner i'm making your favorite food.

I felt tears coming I tried to push them back but I couldn’t remembering what had happened to me I cant believe izzy saved me and has done all this for me I felt somewhat safe but I don’t think i'm going to ever get over what had happened.
