I stared at the busty blonde infront of me smile adorning her features. Alysha put next to me would surely win the hearts of a man, as to anyone who would look at me surely wouldn't do a double take as I was as plain as Jane. My mouth opened and closed trying to form some sort of word or sentence, I surely looked like an idiot standing there mouth agape. I kicked myself mentally for not thinking of something to say. I shook my head a bit pulling myself away from my inner thoughts.
"nice to meet you Alysha, mike has had yet to tell me about you." I replied sending him a glare, to which he simply rolled his eyes.
"I was about to you know, but my little babe here decided to make the introduction for me." Mike announced picking dawn up onto his hip.
"Well I'm glad we finally met, little dawn here talks about you non-stop I was afraid mike would never bring me around."
alysha gushed, wrapping her arms around mikes abdomen.
I looked at the sight infront of me, Alysha wrapped around mike, mike tightly holding onto both dawn and alysha. They looked like a family, this image in front of me was what I had longed for with mike, it seems though someone has taken my place.
I nodded my head, looking away "yes my little dawn is the best thing to have happened to me." I replied back with a smile. Alysha simply nodded before looking up at mike telling him that it was time they should be going or they would miss the showing for their movie. Mike nodded placing a kiss on her lips, which I had to turn away from.
"well you heard my lady we must get going." He said hoisting dawn higher to which she squealed in delight.
I followed the couple out of the kitchen into the living room. I grabbed dawns bags, following them out to the car. Mike let dawn go, to run to the car which of course she pulled Alysha along with her. I looked at the two girls in front of me and mike. Alysha was swinging dawn in the air placing a million kisses onto the squealing girl. How dare she, that was my child! I heard mike sigh, I turned my head to look up at the man " she's so wonderful with dawn and dawn absolutely is star-struck with her." He murmured.
I full on turned and glared at mike he has some freaking nerve, "excuse me? That's is my child and that is your woman who may I mention you forgot to bring up, how long has dawn known about her and how long have you kept me in the dark about her." I whispered angrily.
Mike turned to face me, once again rolling his eyes "you see this is exactly why I refused to tell you about alysha, I knew you would make a big deal and just act exactly like this." He replied pointing me up and down.
I scoffed, "please Mike I'm just watching out for my daughter, like I have been for some time now unlike you who has decided to barely start being a part of it, it took her being one year before you decided to man up and if that wasn't the worse part now you decide to bring another girl into my daughters life?! As if leaving me and replacing me with this pretty little blonde wasn't enough" I said raising my voice. My eyes widened as I realized what I had just let out. Mike stared at me shaking his head in disbelief " your ridiculous em, this is exactly why we would never work, why I left, your so uptight and you overthink everything.." He said before walking away to alysha. I felt the tears threatning to spill from my eyes, I watched Mike walk over to alysha and dawn whispering something into the blondes ear. Dawn was placed down and she made a beeline for me running the fastest that her chubby legs would carry her. I kneeled down, crushing the little girl into the tightest hug I could muster. I pulled back to look at dawn, "Momma why are you crying." She asked rubbing at my cheeks. I reached a hand up to touch my wet cheeks not having noticed until my daughter pointed it out. I shook my head "it's nothing baby, mommas just going to miss you is all." I replied rubbing her cheek softly.
"I'll be back soon momma I could never leave you alone ever!" she said stomping her foot. I smiled at her little antics placing a soft kiss on her head, she grabbed my hand pulling me with her to the awaiting car. I walked her to her door before once more leaning down to her level.
"now dawn you be good for daddy and Alysha okay don't give them trouble and make sure you stay out of harm." I warned bopping her nose. The little girl giggled, before grabbing my face in her tiny hands and placing kisses on each cheek and finally one sloppy one on the lips. I buckled her into the car placing a kiss on her forehead once more before telling her I would see her Sunday night. I stood up watching the other two slide into the car, I once more warned Mike to watch her and make sure she stayed safe. I simply got a fling of his hand before he took off. I walked up the pathway, closing the door behind me before sliding down it. I finally willed the tears to fall as I placed my head in my knees.
What in the world had I deserved to be in love with a man who wasn't even remotely in love with me anymore besides he had the pretty little busty blonde placed perfectly on his arm.

Hey guys here's an update. I'm feeling a bit down and bummed so I thought writing might take my mind off it. Alas the anxiety really wants to creep up and destroy me to bits.
