(A few months later)

dear dairy,
its been some time since the last time I wrote on you. So I'm making time now. These past few months have been a roller coaster, here's why. One, Stephan took me to a family barbecue, in which I met my aunt Laura (his mom) , Rachel (Tony's wife) and Jaime's "ex wife." , Jess and last but not least Alysha. They're really nice ladies, we didn't click instantly, but we got talking.
Another big thing is that I officially carry Fuentes as a last name. Shocking! I know! I talked to my dad and we had a little father and daughter thing one night. He reserved a fancy place for the both of us and then we got ice cream. It was formal so I wore my favorite red dress with some black tights and black ankle boots. Me and him talked about everything.

"you look beautiful."
"Thanks" I said as I exited the car. I fixed my dress and put my phone in silence. We entered the place and we immediately got seated on the deck, facing the view of the city. "It's so beautiful." I said. The view was amazing. The waiter came to is and have us our food.
"I hope you like it." My dad said as the waiter put down the plate.
"This is my favorite!" A piece of smoked salmon with salad and a little bit of rice. I took a small piece of the salmon and put it on my mouth. "This is sooo good." I said. He smiled and begin to eat his food.
"Alia... Tell me about your life in the orphanage." He said as we continued eating.
"It was okay. I was diagnosed with depression there, and they all had their eyes on me, but I was accepted. I met Penny there, and we've been together since then. "
"No problems right?"
"I think they've called you if I did have any."
"true... How about your adoptive family?"
"they were sweethearts. At the age of 17, my adoptive dad got killed while in combat. He was a solider that wanted a kid, his wife couldn't bare any children because she had ovarian cancer and she survived it, but it killed all her eggs. Anyway, they were spoiling slot, i got things I didn't need. But yeah."
"I'm glad to here they took care of you sweetie."
"yeah, she was a great mom." I said lowly. "I miss my other dad."
"I bet you did. How long did they have you?"
"three years."
"So you've recently moved out of their house?"
"yup."
"Oh."
"yeah... How about you? How was your touring life without me?"
"it was pretty difficult. I took you touring once and you loved it. I couldn't sleep for some time because your sad little face haunted me, but I knew it was too late to go back. I was trying to move on from the death of your mom, but it seemed impossible. I slept around a lot, and I drank heavily. I stopped when Vic snapped and screamed at me. He's scary when he's mad." I laugh and he does too. The waiter domes and takes our plates and puts another plate down. Shrimp with some ketchup. Yummy. He left. "When you came back I thought I had you back easily, but turns out I didn't. And I accepted the reason why. But I was happy that I at least got some feeling from you." He shrugs. " I was friend with Alysha already, and I asked her I be my girlfriend when you were in the hospital, so no she's not trying to take me away from you, but she is willing to become your friend. "
"Can we go to the zoo?" I asked.
"you never went?"
"Nope."
"then to the zoo we will go. But not right now because it's closed and I don't want to get arrested."

I had a great time. All the hate just left me and I felt it leave. He did promise to take me to the zoo and I told him eh better or I will hunt him down. I've never been to a zoo, I didn't let my adoptive parent take me because I always thought that a special even I wanted to go with my dad. So here's the day and I'm sooo excited! So I told you about the past few months, and there's so much more but I need to get ready! I've gotten really close with my dad and I'm actually happy about it. I hope he doesn't fuck it up.
