Remember Me?

I put my dairy down and get up from the chair. I open my closet and take out an outfit I had ready since that night. A white t'shirt, Jean vest, black leather pants and my blue vans. I put my wavy hair into a high ponytail, and put on a blue bandana. I applied minimal makeup and I was done. I looked like a teenager, and I was one sooo.
"You ready?" Penny asks as she enters the room again. "Since I was 4." I said and she smiles. My phone starts to ring. "Hello?"
"Ali? We're outside." My dad said.
"Alright, we'll be right down."
"Okay." I hang up and grab my camera. Memories have to be made right? I grab an apple and we headed outside.
"Have fun." Chris said as he also made his way out the door. "Thanks... You too." I said and gave him a side hug. We walk to the elevator and had a small chat. Once the door opened we went our separate ways. I smiled widely as I see the white Escalade and we got in the car. "HEY!" I said and sat myself next to Dani, giving her a hug on the process.
"Ready?" Alysha asked.
"Uh... That's a hard question.." They stayed shocked. "Fuck yeah I am! I've been ready!"
"Someone's excited." Kitty said.
"FYI you rebel Kitty Kat. I've never been too the zoo, so do not judge me!" I said, making her laugh.
"What do you want to go see first?" Tony said. "Don't even ask her!" Penny exclaimed. "She's been saving this note with the order of animals ever since she was like 6! I think she still has it!"
"And I brought it with me soooo." I took out the paper, which was filled with scribbles from little me. "But I really want to see the.."
"Giraffes, turtles, monkeys, and penguins." My dad finishes for me. "Those are her favorite animals." He said.
"You remembered?" I asked.
"Of course." He said. "I never forgot." I smiled and everybody did as well.
"Who are meetin over there?" Kitty asked.
"Vic and his family. Jaime and Jess, and Ash with her cousin." Alysha said." Oh and Rachel!"
"Alright." We all said.
"Put some music Dad!" I whined. "You know I like car drives with music!" He sighs and shakes his head. Alysha takes out some albums.
"We have Misfits, Their own Band, All time low, Blink-182, Green day and Of Mice and Men." She says. "Who's choosing today?" She asks my dad.
"I think it's Dani's." He said.
"I choose PTV, just because I wanna hear Mike and Tony sing."
"INDEED!" I said and took a picture from my place.
"Alright.. Which album?"
"SECOND ONE!" I yelled and everybody looked at me. "What? I love that album." I said, admitting. Alysha inserts the cd and we start jamming out. My dad smiling and drumming along on the steering wheel. Tony was doing the air guitar while the rest of us kept on following them and sang. I could get use to this.

"You ready?" Stephan asked as I got out of the car.
"Yup!" He grabs me from my waist and puts me down. "Thanks." I said and he smiles. I give all of them a hug and then Waited for my dad.
"Why is your dad all...." I pointed to my shades.
"Fans. But I told that won't help him..."
"Why?" "Because of me, Kitty, Dani and you."
"Me? Nobody knows I'm mikes daughter."
"Oh... They do." He takes out his phone and shows me my Dad's Instagram. He had a picture of baby me and now me. "And I strongly suggest to never read the comments, only if you want to reply to the nice ones. There's always hate on them."
"Why?" We start walking to the front gate.
"Because people have no lives and like to visit the pages just so they can get the fans mad."
"Oooh." Our parents paid the entrance and I was smiling so wide, I think my face was stuck. My dad reached for my hand and I held it, just like I've always wanted. Alysha came to the other side of my dad and held his hand as well. I took pictures with one hand, since I was still holding hands with him. Kitty was on Stephan's back so he was doing zig zags, making her laugh. After seeing many animals, except for the giraffes, we stopped by the food court. My dad and the rest were surrounded by fans instantly. I made my way through the crowd and joined Penny and Bryan.
"We told them it wouldn't work." Bryan said.
"I thought they loved their fans." Penny said.
"Sometimes they want to have time to themselves." I said. "Maybe." We ordered our food and sat down at a far table. "Hey... Are you Alia?" A girl said.
"Uh, yeah." "I just wanted to say that if you're really not Mike's daughter you should like leave them." She points to Stephan and Kitty as they sat down. "And them." She points to my uncles and my dad. "Alone. I thinks it's for the best."
"I do believe so. But since I AM his daughter, I won't. I won't leave my dad's side okay? Thanks for the advice though." I said, smiling. She rolls her eyes and walks away. "Are these the jealous fans?"
"Yeah.. Those are it." dani said as she sits down.
"She was a little... Demanding." Bryan says.
"Eh, you'll get use to it." Kitty said. "It's takes patience."
I shrug and take a bite from my burger. Once the crowd faded, they got their food and sat next to us. Laura reaches up to Vic and wipes off some red lipstick on his cheek. He smiles and kisses her cheek.
"Thank you babe." He says and she smiles. I look over at Bryan and he was staring at me, I look down at my burger. I think my dad and Ash saw because they looked at us then at each other. We ate peacefully, and telling some jokes. After lunch, my dad encouraged me to hop one his back and I did. He began to run and I couldn't contain my laughter. Everybody was staring at us but I didn't care, I was with my dad, that's al that mattered. He kept on whooping and my uncle Vic was behind us, running with Kitty on his back. Once we made it to the giraffes, my dad put me down and we both looked at them in awe.
"There's soooo huge." I said as I had to look up to see them. "They are." My dad said.
"Look!" He points to one giraffe who was sitting down. Then the zoo keepers went to it. "No way." I said as they took out a baby giraffe. "Oh my god. Its so cute!" The baby giraffe was so small, the zoo keepers helped the momma giraffe and fed her, while the other three took the baby away. One giraffe goes to the momma giraffe and licks her face.
"That was me to your momma." My dad said.
"You licked her face?"
He chuckled and shook his head."No.. But she made me proud." The male giraffe helped the momma giraffe up and they both walked towards us. "But I couldn't walk with her." He says as the male giraffe approaches him. He puts his hand on its head and smiles. "She said... Take care of her, before she closed her eyes." Stephan was next to me and I took a picture of my dad with his favorite animal. I took a picture of the momma giraffe with her newborn.
"Daria just gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Gavin." The announcer said. Everybody kept on talking pictures. The baby was hiding under his mother. Camera shy.
"Come on, let's go see more animals." My dad said as he got my hand. I wiped his tears away and he smiles, wrapping his arm around my shoulders.
"I love you Alia, and I'm glad you're giving me a chance baby girl." I kiss his cheek.
"I love you too Dad. And I think this is the best choice I've made my whole life." He smiles and kisses the side of my head.



And honestly... It was.
