Amazing.

I checked the time on my phone, 5:47 PM, I needed to get home.
I looked up at the guy that I had been laying in the woods with for almost two hours now.
I stood up and so did he.
"I need to get home" I said trying to figure out the expression on his face, it was mixed between sadness and understanding.
I hugged him again, let's meet back here again at 3:30 tomorrow?" I asked pulling away.
He cheered up a little, "okay" he said.
As I started to walk away he said, "what's your name?".
Wow, that whole time and I didn't even tell him my name?
I turned around, "Its Ariel what's yours?" I asked.
"Darren" he said.
"Cool, I'll see you tomorrow, Okay?" I said staring into his eyes.
"Okay." He said.

As I was on my way home I got a call from my mom,
"Hello?" I asked
"Ariel, where on earth are you?" She asked with a panicky voice
"Mom, its ok, I was just walking at the park and I guess I lost tracking of time"
I said kind of annoyed
"Okay, well are you on your way home now?" She asked just as I reached the door
I knocked on it
"Answer the door" I told her, in which she did, I hung up my phone and gave her a hug.

She pulled away, "go get washed up while I fix dinner" she said.
"Is it okay if I pass on dinner tonight, I'm really tired" I said.
She nodded her head, "okay, get some rest" she said giving me a kiss on the cheek.

I got upstairs and plopped out on my bed, goodnight world.
