Finding freedom

*MEL'S POV*


As I'm walking up the hill in the park to the tree where Vic followed me that day, all I can think of is seeing him kissing that girl in the mall.
Why did I even fool myself into believing he actually cared?
Nobody cares.

I look at the paper in my hand when I hear his voice "Mel!" he yells, but he isn't in sight yet.
I stick the paper onto the tree with a piece of tape, then I climb the tree and prop myself behind a limb so I was out of sight.

He runs up to the tree and rips off the piece of paper.
After a few moments of silence he finally balls up the note and sits down next to the tree, he pulls his knees to his chest, he held his face in his hands and began to cry.


*VIC'S POV*


I walk up to the tree and notice a piece of paper.
I rip it off and begin to read it.

Dear Vic,
If you are reading this now, then I am already gone.
You won't be able to find me at home or at my parent's apartment.
I am really gone, its probably for the best anyways.
I knew you were too good to be true, but I somehow I got it inside of my head that maybe, just maybe something good might happen.
Anyway, as I said before its best that I'm gone.
Good bye Vic.

Hey guys sorry if I am slow on updating.

My, guy friend is acting , I don't know, but I really need to try to talk to him before something happens. There are things that he needs to know and its just really hard for me to talk about it.

Anyway I will stop ranting about my life.
