I Said I'd Never Let You Go

I swing the door open and hear it collide with someone. They fall to the ground curing loudly. I quickly wipe at me eyes to see who was sprawled out on the ground. I stifle a giggle when I see who was lying there. They hear me and look up.

“You know this whole you hitting me with tour bus doors has got to stop. You are going to seriously hurt me one of these times.” Austin grins getting up brushing the dirt off his jeans. He looks at me and his face immediately falls. “Autumn what’s wrong?”

I wipe at my eyes again removing the fresh tears that were falling.

“Nothing.” I mumble looking down.

“Don’t lie to me.” He says rubbing my arm. I tense as he hits the bruised area. He notices and looks at the light bruise that was getting darker by the minute. “Who did this?”

I shake my head and walk away. He rushes to catch up to me and moves in front of me causing me to stop.

“Autumn tell me what happened.” He demanded. I sighed looking up at him.

“I went to go find Tony after you left. Vic said he was back at the bus, which I thought was odd ‘cause we said we were meeting at the stage.” I pause to wipe my eyes again. “Anyway, before I left the bus someone texted me telling me that to tell Tony that we kissed or they would. When I found Tony on the bus I asked him why he didn’t tell me that he’d gone back to the bus. He said he figured I’d be too busy with you.

“Someone sent him a picture of us getting onto my bus. I’m assuming it’s the same person that texted me. We got into an argument and I told him that if he couldn’t trust me not to sleep with you that I was done the relationship. He grabbed me really hard and I ended up punching him in the jaw.” I explained biting my lip.

“That fucker.” Austin said through gritted teeth.

“Don’t worry about it Austin. I can handle this myself. I ended it. If there is one thing that is worse to me than cheating, it’s laying your hands on your partner.” I say shaking my head. “I never would have thought that Tony would do that.”

I couldn’t believe Tony had actually done that. He didn’t hit me, but the look in his eyes told me that he was livid. For the first time in our relationship I was genuinely scared of him.

“Has he ever hit you before?” He asks.

“No, of course not.” I say quickly.

“Good cause he would have more than a sore jaw to worry about if he had.” He states.

“Austin don’t. If you remember correctly you kissed me on that bus. I cheated on him when I kissed you back. He had no right to grab me, but his suspicions weren’t entirely wrong.” I tell him sternly.

I couldn’t so this anymore. I needed to think about everything. I looked up at him. He looked very concerned.

“Thank you for your concern Austin, but I need to be by myself for a while.” I tell him before walking away.

I can’t believe my relationship with tony was over just like that. I was crushed. I know I ended it, but it still hurt. I also really wanted to know who had sent him that picture. Why was someone out to ruin our relationship? Most of all I wanted to know how they knew that Austin and I had kissed. The bus was empty as far as I knew.

I guess it didn’t really matter now since Tony and I were no longer together.
