The past never changes

*VIC'S POV*


After a long drive back to Mel's house I finally pulled in her driveway.
Mel was still sleeping, you would think she hadn't slept in a week.

I unbuckled her seatbelt and picked her up out of the car, she made a little moaning sound and wrapped her arms around my neck.

i kicked the door shut and made my way towards the front door, I pulled out the key that Mel gave me, I unlocked the door and opened it.

I made my way upstairs to Mel's bedroom, her mother wasn't home I wonder why.
I layed Mel down on her bed, I pulled some blankets over her, then I bent down and lightly kissed her forehead, I stood up and started to the door.

"Stay with me" Mel whispered, I turned around and got into bed with her,
I wrapped my arms around her, I kissed her shoulder, "goodnight Mel" ,
"Goodnight Vic" she mummered tugging on the blanket.
I closed my eyes and fell asleep in an instant.



*MEL'S POV*


My alarm goes off playing king for a day. fuck, I forgot to change it.
I jumped up out of bed and dug around in my bag until I found my phone,
I turned the alarm off and sat down.

"Nice alarm tone" Vic said sitting up next to me, "it wakes me up well" I said and let out a little chuckle, "its also the best voice to wake up to" Vic said with a cheesy grin,
"Oh, you mean kellin's voice, right?" I smirked standing up,
"but, I thought you loved me" Vic crossed his arms pretending to pout, I sat back down "You'd be stupid to think otherwise" I said hugging him.

I pulled away from Vic and checked the time, 6:45, "shit, I gotta get a shower and get ready for school" I said jumping off of the bed, I grabbed some clothes out of my closet and ran to my bathroom closing the door.

I pulled off my clothes and hopped into the shower, my wrist was in waterproof gauzes stuff so it was ok for me to shower.
I turned on the water and let the warm water run down my body, I washed my hair and quickly shaved my legs, I finished up in the shower and turned the water off.
I pulled on some blue skinny jeans and a black Lostprophets sweatshirt.
I put on some foundation and black eyeliner, then I put on some passion fruit EOS lip balm.

I checked the time again, it was 7:38 , I needed to get downstairs and out .
I put everything I needed for school in my backpack and made my way down to the kitchen.

"I got your lunch ready" Vic said handing me a bag, "thanks mom" I said, he rolled his eyes.
We walked out to the car, "will you pick Kathy up at the bus stop please" I begged,
"Ok honey, but I think your spending too much time with her and not enough with me"
He said in a high pitched female voice, "what I have with her is special, you can't take that away from me" I whined, "no, your mine now" he said kissing my forehead,

We laughed at the fake argument we just had.
We put on our seatbelts as always (NEVER FORGET YOUR SEATBELT), and Vic pulled out of the driveway.

We made it to the bus stop and picked Kathy up, then we headed to school.
Vic pulled into the school parking lot and found a space, "call me if anything happens"
Vic said,I hugged him "I will, I promise", he kisses me lightly on my lips.

Kathy knocked on my window "its time for school not kissing" Kathy whined,
I pulled away from vic and opened my door, I scooted out of the seat and stood up. Kathy wrapped her arm around mine and pulled me to school a.k.a. hell.
