The past never changes

*VIC'S POV*


I am currently lying next to the most amazing person in the world,
She is just sleeping so peacefully.
How did I I come to knowing such an understanding person,
She didn't get mad at me when she found out about my problem.
I have no idea what I would do without her.

I was playing around with her hair until someone walked in,
"Hey Mel, I decided to get you that shirt that you-",
It was Kathy, she just sat there for a second and stared after noticing me.
"shit" I said looking at the shocked Kathy standing the door,
"umm, I'm gonna go downstairs and pretend I didn't see anything" she said awkwardly walking out and shutting the door behind her.

I jumped out of bed and put my clothes on.
I walked over towards Mel and crouched down next to her bed,
I tapped her on her shoulder waking her up, her eyes fluttered open and a smile grew across her face, "we have a visitor" I said quietly.
"Who?" She asked sitting up pulling her hair into a ball, "Kathy" I said standing up,
"Shit, did she see us?" She asked wrapping herself in sheets and heading towards her closet, "yep" I said lying down on her bed.
"I bet that surprised her" she said taking a handful of clothes to her bathroom,
"She definitely wasn't expecting it" I said checking the time on my phone,
It said 4:47 PM.

After about ten minutes Mel came out with her clothes on and hair fixed.
I jumped out of bed and walked over to Mel, I wrapped my hands around her waist and lightly pressed my lips against hers, pulled away "should we go downstairs?"
i asked mesmerized by her blue eyes, "oh yeah" she said grabbing my hand and leading me downstairs.

We entered the living room where Kathy was sitting in a chair on her phone.
i sat down on the couch, "what's up Kathy?" Mel said sitting down next to me,
"I just came over to see if you guys were ok, apparently you are" Kathy said.
"where's mom?, I thought you were supposed to get a ride from her" Mel asked looking at Kathy. "Oh yeah, she told me to tell you that she'd be visiting your dad"
Kathy said, "oh" Mel said frowning a little.

We sat there for what felt like forever then Kathy said "we should call the other guys and watch some movies",
"That sounds like fun" Mel said , "ok I'll call mike and tell them to come over"
Kathy said tapping on her phone.
