The past never changes

*DAY IS NOW SATURDAY*

I woke up to the calling of my mom telling me to get down stairs for breakfast.

Vic and I had just hung around the house watching movies Thursday night,
And Kathy and the other guys went out friday shopping and crap, me and Vic decided to just have a lazy day so we stayed at home.
And now its Saturday morning, and now I had to get up for breakfast.

I rolled over and ended up falling off of my bed, "damn" I groaned,
I picked myself up off of the floor and threw my blankets back on my bed,I walked over to my closet and pulled out my house robe, I really didn't feel like doing anything right now I'll dress later.

I got downstairs and sat down at the dining room table.
It has been so empty without my dad being here anymore.
My mom brought the breakfast to the table,
We were having eggs, french toast, bacon, and a glass of orange juice.

"So what's on the agenda today?" I asked cutting my eggs into bite sizes,
I've been eating pretty regularly lately, which made Vic really happy.
"well easter is tomorrow, so I guess today we can just be lazy or go shopping if you want, what's Kathy up to?" My mom said sipping her orange juice,
"I don't know, I'll call her after breakfast" I shrugged taking a bite of my toast.

i got finished with breakfast and walked to the living room dialing Kathy's number,
It only rang once before Kathy answered "hey!, I was just about to call you"
She said ecstatically, "hey Kathy, I was calling to ask if you wanted to go shopping with my mom and I, I kind of need to get Vic an easter basket, present thingy"
I said sort of confusing myself,
"That would be awesome, we should get all of the guys something" she said reminding me of something, "so, what have you and mike been up to?" I asked teasing her, "your one to ask, what about you and Vic?" She asked in defense,
"we'll talk about this later today just get ready and get over here" I said hanging up the phone.

I went upstairs to get ready when I got a text from vic,

9:47 AM, FROM VIC
"Hey babe, can we go out today?"

In which I replied

9:49 AM, TO VIC
"Sorry can't going easter shopping with Kathy and mom"

10:01 AM, FROM VIC
"oh yeah easter IS tomorrow, damn, I gotta go shopping too, bye I love you"

10:02 AM, TO VIC
"love you too"

I put on a pair of skinny jeans, a pair of vans, and a black ADTR sweatshirt.
I went downstairs and my mom was already dressed, we went outside and Kathy was sitting on the hood of the car, "hey Mel , how do you feel?" She asked hopping off of the car and giving me a hug, "much better, thanks" I said pulling away to get in the car.

My mom started the car and we headed towards town to do some last minute easter shopping.

Notes

Short filler, sorry, imma have a chapter about the easter shopping and then easter day, some time tomorrow night.
