The past never changes

*VIC'S POV*


We got back to the bus just in time for me to get a shower and meet mel at the hospital.
We were gonna go eat out somewhere.
I went to my bunk to get a change of clothes when my phone rang,

It was Mel "hey babe what's up"
"Hi Vic, is it ok if we just go home, I'm not feeling well" she mumbled sounding upset,
"yeah that's fine, what's wrong?" I asked getting worried,
"I just need to be somewhere quiet" she said,
"Ok, its fine, we can talk about it if you want?" I said hopind she'd say ok,
" ok, I'll try, when will you be here?" She asked anxiously,
" I'll be there in 10" I said deciding to pass my shower, she needed me quick,
"Ok, thanks Vic, I love you" she spoke softly,
"I love you too babe, bye" I said hanging up my phone.

i changed my clothes in a snap and started for the door,
"Dude, where are you going?" Mike asked stopping my at the door,
"I'm going to pick up Mel and take her home, she isn't feeling well" I said looking at my feet, "do you need me to come with you?" Mike asked in a concerned tone,
the last time he sounded like this was when...well you can guess when he would have been like that, it was all in the past now, right now all that matters is Mel.

"Nah man its fine, she said she needed some time to just talk about things"
I said pulling a set of car keys, "ok, be careful" he said understanding things,
"I'll be back later guys" I said walking out of the bus.

I got into the car and headed towards the hospital,
I couldn't think about anything but Mel, I just can't stand the fact that she would do such a thing to herself, what's wrong now? Why is she upset now?.

I pulled into the hospital noticing tears streaming down my face,
It was weird because I hardly cry ever.
I found a parking space and pulled in, I wiped my tears away and shook my thoughts,
I can't let Mel see me like this, she needs me to be strong right now.

I walked into the hospital and checked in at the front desk,
"yeah, I'm here to pick up Melony Mathers" I said to the woman at the desk,
"Oh, yes, she'll be out any minute now" she said to me with a smile,
"Ok thanks" I said and headed towards a chair.
I sat there twiddling my fingers getting impatient,
Finally the doors opened and Mel came out from behind them with a doctor,
I stood up and walked over to where they were standing, Mel was filling out some papers.

"Hey" I said walking up to Mel, "hello Mister Fuentes, I take it you will be taking Melony home?" The doctor asked,
"Umm, yeah" I said awkwardly, Mel got finished signing her release papers and give them to the lady at the desk.

We got out to the car, "so what's on your mind?" I asked putting on my seatbelt,
"im just not feeling like going out right now, I'm tired" she said leaning her head against the window.
I started the car and headed towards her house.

Hey guys, so I am being told to take some time off of the tablet...ha like that's gonna happen, imma be updating at night now.
On a totally un related note, did anybody notice that Mel's last name is Eminem's real last name, derp I liked his last name.
