The past never changes

After a long walk of mostly silence we finally made it to school. Oh joy, NOT
"We're supposed to be getting a rental car today so if there's any reason you need to ditch this place just call me up and I'll be more than happy to pick you up" Vic said with a concerned look, "OK I will" I say smiling, "promise me" he says looking into my eyes. God his eyes are just brilliant to say the least.
"I promise" I say with a genuine smile peaking across my face.
He smiled delightfully at my answer. He held my face in his hands, he pulled me into a long passionate kiss. "Eww" I hear mike say making a gagging sound.
We both pull away from the kiss with me blushing like a doofus and Vic giving mike a dead look.

I check my phone, its 7:57 "we gotta go" I said looking at Vic.
"ok, but remember what I said, if you need anything at all just call me" he said with a caring look on his face. I've only known him less than three days and I'm already falling for him, what is wrong with me?.
All of a sudden Kathy grabs my arm causing me to stop my train of thoughts.
"Come on Mel we're gonna be late for first period" she says dragging me into school grounds, I look back at Vic and waved at him before Kathy pulled us through the doors of the school.

i immediately fell into a state of misery. We walked down the hall heading towards our first class but before we could open the door guess who appears in front of us? Cindy the daughter of Satan brought to earth to torture me and Kathy until we go insane.
"Well look who decided to come to school today" she sneered,
"Why do you even try?, nobody likes you" she said pushing me causing me to fall to the ground. I started to cry, "hey stop that you bitch" Kathy yells at Cindy while she's just standing there laughing. How could someone be so cruel.
"whatever I'm late for class, there's no use in wasting another second around that fat whore" Cindy said flipping her hair back and prancing away.

After she left I got up and ran towards the bathroom, "Mel wait up!" I here Kathy yelling running after me. I had to be alone, as I got into the girls bathroom I ran into a stall and locked the door. I opened my backpack searching for the small case in which held a razorblade. I pulled out the razor blade crying.
I held it against my skin,"please try to stop" I hear Vic's voice in my head.
I pull the razorblade away from my trembling arm,I put it back in the case and toss it in my bag zipping it up. "Mel open the door!" I hear Kathy yell beating on the bathroom stall door.

I unlock the door and Kathy grabs me into a hug holding me as tight as she can,
"Oh my god Mel, did you do anything?" She asks with a scared look on her face,
"No Kathy I didn't" I said hugging her again.
"You need to call Vic" Kathy said.
"OK" I said pulling out my phone. I clicked on my contacts and tapped Vic's name,
It rang one time and Vic answered immediately.

" Hey babe, is everything ok?" He asked with a worried voice.
"I need you to come and pick me and Kathy up" I said whimpering a little.
"ok , I'm on my way" he said and hung up the phone.
"he's on his way" i said looking at Kathy.
"OK let's go outside and wait" Kathy said grabbing my hand.

We got outside and sat down on bench. We sat in silence until Vic showed up,
"You need to talk to him" Kathy said standing up, I nodded my head and we headed towards the car.

This is gonna be a hard conversation.
