We pulled up to the house that Tony shared with his three friends. He parked the car next to Ashton’s and shut off the engine before making his way to my door, opening it for me. I smiled as I got out.
“Thanks Tony,” He nodded and led me inside. Xander, Leith and Ashton were up to no good as always. As Tony and I walked in the smell of pot hit us immediately.
“Sorry,” he frowned over at me as I smiled.
“It’s fine.” We walked into the living room to see the three guys sprawled out over the black leather couches, passing around a joint. Leith sat up and smirked at me.
“Brought your fuck buddy back for some fun, huh Tony?” he raised an eyebrow. I glared at him.
“Shut the hell up,” I spat back, rolling my eyes.
“Nice to see you too Avery,” he smiled, lying back down as Ashton passed him the joint.
“It’s Ava,” I corrected turning to Tony. “Mind if I set my shit down in your room?” He gave a small smile and nodded.
“You want me to show you the way?”
“I think I know where it is but thanks,” I laughed lightly hitting his arm. I walked down the hallway and found my way to Tony’s room. I smiled and closed my eyes, taking in his scent that traveled around the room. I trudged over to his bed and set down my book bag on the side I usually slept on when I stayed over. Tony and I had known each other for four years now and were pretty close. We didn’t have a brother sister relationship, and we didn’t have a boyfriend girlfriend relationship. It was one of those relationships where we always knew we had each other to talk to when we had no one else. I guess you could call it a security blanket. Tony pretty much was my security blanket. He looked out for me and caught me when I fell. I was very grateful of that. I sighed and took off my converse, setting them next to his bedroom door before going back out into the living room. Tony moved over so I could sit next to him. I smiled and gladly accepted, laying my legs over his thighs. His hand gently ran up and down my thigh, knowing that it calmed me.
“So,” Ashton sat up. “I was thinking of coming in to get a tat.” I sighed.
“I’m booked for the week.”
“Can’t you make time? I’m like family.”
“Um, no; you’re not like family. Nothing close to it,” I growled.
“Do I at least get a discount?” he pouted, taking a sip from the bottle of Whiskey lying in his lap.
“Only Tony gets the discount,” Leith muttered, looking to Ashton.
“Yeah, only because they fuck,” Xander rolled his eyes.
“You’re a dumbass, Leith.”
“That’s not what you said last night,” he winked. I looked to Tony who sighed down at the floor before turning to me.
“Why the fuck do you live with them again?”
“Because he can’t afford a place of his own; right Turtle?” Xander asked, mocking the name his fans had given him.
“Fuck off Xander,” I glared.
“Damn, what got you in a bad mood?” Ashton asked, now sitting up. “Was Tony smaller than you remembered?” I got up.
“Insult him one more time, Ashton. I dare you,” I growled as Tony got up and wrapped his arm around my waist, dragging me into the kitchen with him.
“Yeah, take your dumb bitch out of here. She’s giving me a headache,” Leith complained. I flipped him the bird and sighed as Tony got a glass down from the cabinet and filled it with water before handing it to me.
“Here, drink some. You’re flustered.” I took a drink of water and set down the glass on the counter behind me.
“Your roommates are complete assholes!” I shouted making sure they could hear me.
“Shut the hell up you whore!” Xander yelled from the living room. “By the way Tony, your depression meds came in the mail,” he laughed. I clenched my teeth in anger. How dare they make fun of his depression?
“Surprised he didn’t kill himself on tour,” Leith joked. I ran into the living room seeing nothing but red. I jumped onto Leith and slapped him.
“How dare you talk to him like that!” I screamed.
“Fuck, get this slut off me!” he yelled, pushing me back onto the floor. I got back up and slapped him even harder, now crying.
“Don’t you ever fucking joke about someone killing themselves! It’s not funny,” I slapped him once more before Tony pulled me down the hall and into his room, shutting the door. “Tony,” I cried. “Why do you let them say those things to you?” He wrapped his arms around me.
“It doesn’t matter, Ave. Let it go, okay?”
“Why? I don’t want to let it go,” I lowered my voice as the tears fell down my cheeks. He brushed them away with his thumbs and frowned.
“Ava, look at me,” I looked into his brown eyes and nodded. “Please…” He closed his eyes. “Don’t argue. Now please calm down before you give yourself a panic attack.” I sighed, laying my head down on his chest. He ran his hand through my hair and kissed my forehead. “I think we should go to sleep.”

Tony’s POV-
I walked away, pulling off my shirt and replacing my jeans with pajama bottoms. Ava stood at the end of my bed and took off her black lace blouse, throwing it over to her bag that I had set on the floor. Ave was so beautiful. I noted the tattoos that covered her body and admired the color. She slid out of her black skinny jeans and grabbed the flannel that I had taken off; sliding it around her body before crawling into my bed next to me. She sighed and looked up to me from my chest.
“Tony?”
“Hm?” I hummed.
“Why don’t you move out?”
“Because I can’t afford to right now.”
“I don’t like that you stay here with those assholes.”
“It’s not the worst. I’m touring most the time, ya know?” She nodded, laying her head back down on my chest. She wrapped her arms around me and pulled me closer.
“I missed you so much Tone.”
“I missed you too Ave.”
“Ready to spend some time in my studio tomorrow?” I smiled down at her.
“As always,” I replied. Ava closed her eyes and started falling asleep. The amount of love I had for this girl was crazy.
