Runaway

I Hate This Flavour

Rachel leaned back against Tony. She was sitting on the floor, in between his legs. Tony rested one of his hands on her knee. As Rachel tilted her head back she rested her cheek against his. She blushed slightly as he kissed her cheek. "I love how you blush at everything," Tony teased.
"I don't," she defended.
"Oh, you do,"
"Well, so do you," she huffed playfully.
"But I blush when you say cute things in front of people or I kiss you with fans secretly watching. You blush at everything,"
"Maybe I do,"
"You do," Tony assured her.
"Speaking of fans. . . Someone came into my shop today. One of your songs were playing and they mentioned they went to one of your shows. I said I was there too. She kind of noticed me," Rachel explained.
"Was everything okay?" he asked carefully.
"Yeah," she nodded. "Apparently you post about me on twitter a lot,"
"Not a lot," he reasoned.
"What kind of stuff do you post?"
"Pictures," he shrugged. "If we're going out together I'll post tweet about it,"
"I hate twitter," she sighed.
"I know," he smiled.
"It's legalised stalking,"
"It's not," he countered.
"It is. You could find out we went for burritos by following us. But because you post it they can stalk you from the comfort of their own homes," she explained.
"You put up a good argument. But I'm not buying it, Rach,"
"Because of twitter the whole world knows what you'll be doing," she said. "And before I forget someone came up to me at the show. The one where you did Kissing In Cars,"
"Oh who?"
"It's the second time she came up to me. She said her name is Megan,"
"Megan who?" he asked urgently. Tony had stiffened and was starting to pull away from her.
"She never gave me her surname. She just said . . . What was it? . . . That she has your new address and thanks for calling her,"
"My new address," he echoed. Tony stood up and walked over to Rachel's window. He looked out and sighed roughly.
"Is everything okay?" Rachel asked carefully.
"Um . . . Yeah," he nodded. "I should get back to mine,"
"Are you sure you're okay, Tone?"
"I'm fine," he smiled. He walked over and leant down. Then he kissed her quickly on the lips, before leaving. Rachel frowned after him. She watched him go from the window. Then she picked up her keys and left her apartment. She reached outside and stood near the road. She hailed a cab and got inside. Rachel gave the driver Mike's address.
When she arrived she payed him and got out of the cab. She walked up Mike's path and knocked the door. She waited for a while and knocked again. There was noise coming from inside and Mike finally opened the door.
"Oh, Rachel," Mike said in shock. But he was smiling.
"Hi. Sorry, I didn't call," she muttered.
"No, it's okay. Come in," he said. She followed him inside and he led her to a sitting room. Out of the corner of her eye she saw someone walk past the doorway.
"Was you with someone?" Rachel asked.
"She was about to leave," he shrugged. "Do you want a drink?"
"No, I'm fine," she explained. Mike nodded and took a sip of his can.
"I thought Tony was over at yours today," he said.
"He was. He just left,"
"Oh, he told me he'd be staying over,"
"I thought so too," she muttered. "I need to ask you something,"
"Go on," he urged.
"Who's Megan?"
"Megan," he sighed. "Jeez," he said and pushed back his hair.
"You know, right?"
"Yeah, but it's not really my place to say. I mean, that's Tony's thing,"
"She's spoken to me twice now,"
"You sure?"
"Yes," she rolled her eyes. "Is she an ex girlfriend or something?"
"What makes you say that?" he asked seriously.
"Just the way he reacted when I told him and we don't talk about our ex's much," she shrugged.
"Megan isn't his ex. He used to know her . . ." Mike trailed away. "I can't really say anything without telling you everything. And it isn't my job, Rach,"
"How am I going to find out then?" she sighed.
"You need to ask Tony or ask Megan,"
"Do you think he'd tell me?"
"If you told him you were considering talking to Megan. Maybe,"
"Okay," she nodded. "Thanks,"

Notes

Hey! What did you think? Who do you think Megan is? Tony isn't very happy. What will Rachel do? Do you think she's his ex? Any predictions? :)

@Layla
Yay! No more Megan! Things will be . . . different now. Tony and Rachel still have things they need to face. Next time it just won't be in the form of a crazy, psychopathic ex hook up buddy! :)

@Gabriela_perry
I am doing a sequel! It should be up within a week or two. I'll be any updates and links about the sequel on this story so don't unsubscribe! :)
