A Match Into Water

Vic walked me home shortly after telling me I that I needed to sleep it off.

Vic opened my door and carried me up the stairs to my bed.

Vic laid me down and told me that he was going to get me changed for bed given the previous antics with David.

I felt tear drops fall on me as Vic undressed me...fuck I completely forgot that I was basically cut from head to toe.

I felt Vic's finger tips trace the words I had carved on my arm.

He kissed every single one of my cuts which made me cry due to the cuteness, love and care he presented towards me.

Vic went to my draw and got out done shorts and a vest for me to wear.

Vic put me into bed and tucked me in while he spoke to me.

"Alisha, you didn't cheat on me, you are not a whore and you didn't deserve this. I should have been there to protect you and I wasn't...I'm so sorry" Tears still falling from his eyes.

With the last shreds of energy I had left I cupped his face and kissed him " It's not your fault, I love you baby"

Vic smiled and kissed my forehead before he left.

As soon as I heard my keys hit the floor from him posting them back through I was back into a state of panic as Vic was no longer with me.

The overwhelming feeling of nausea I had was unbearable.

I sat up and sprinted to the bathroom, I got there just in time as I emptied the contents of my stomach.

Fuck sake.

I'm getting no sleep tonight then.

I returned back to my bed when my thoughts came alive again.

I placed my hands on my stomach thinking if a life would be growing there soon.

I could buy an early stage pregnancy test but I have no money and I'm not asking Vic or Amber.

Fuck this is going to be a long month.
