"Hey Mike can I come in?" Vic asked

"Yeah whatever" i replied "What do you wan?"

I hated talking rude to Vic. I'm just really not in the mood to here him lecture me. I know he does it because he cares but it's annoying. I look up at Vic to see him smiling.

"Michael Fuentes I want you to meet Michelle Sanae Fuentes."

Vic opened the door and Michelle came running inside. She jumped onto my bed landing on my lap. She gave me a big hug.

"Hey daddy, I've been looking for you everywhere. I look here and there but You been here wit uncle Vic the whole time."

I smiled down at her " Yes, I've been here. I was looking for you and your mommy too."

I lied to her. I didn't even know she existed until two weeks ago. I just didn't want to throw Sam under the bus like that.

She looked at me worried "You not gonna leave me are you."

"Never!" I said squeezing her tightly "Never would i do such a thing!"

i looked at the door to see Sam starring at us with a smile on her face.

"Thank You!" I said to her "You don't know how much this means to me."

She shook her head "Just promise me you'll take care of yourself. If not for me then for Michelle."

"Promise." i said with a smile

Sam smiled at me and walked out the door. I looked down to see Michelle asleep in my arms. I could get use to this life. With Michelle, and maybe someday with Sam.

I fell asleep with Michelle in my arms.
