Kaylee's P.O.V.

I wake up from a kiss from Vic on the top of my head. He was staring at me. It was weird but weird in a good way not that creepy awkward way.

"Good morning." Vic smiles at me.

"Good morning." I smile back. It's kind of hard to open my eyes. They're still incredibly swollen from the night before.

"How'd you sleep?" Vic asks.

"Eh I've slept better." I say as I reach for my phone. Kelsie has been blowing up my phone all night. Same with Konnor but no one really cares about what he has to say at the moment. I decide I should probably call Kelsie and tell her I'm okay. I don't want Vic to hear so I get up to walk to the balcony.

"Where are you going?" Vic asked pulling me back down to the bed sending chills down my spine and butterflies in my stomach.

"I should call Kelsie. She's been blowing up my phone all night."

"Ah, okay." He kisses the top of my head again and lets me go outside. I dial Kelsie's number and she answers on the first ring.

"Where the hell are you?!" She screams.

"I'm at Vic's hotel. Don't ask. I'll be home later. I'll text you." Just then Vic walks out and asks me what I want for breakfast. "Kelsie I gotta go. Bye." I hang up and follow Vic back inside. We decide to go to IHOP. It's just me and Vic since none of the guys were in the room when we got up.

"So about last night." Vic starts as soon as the waitress walks away after taking our order.

"I don't wanna talk about it." I say. I dunno. I kind of wish i never told him. There's going to be questions after questions and I hate questions about it. I usually just walk away when a question comes up.

"You can talk to me ya know?"

"I know, but I don't want to talk about. IF I want to talk about it, I'll talk to you. Promise." I lean over the table and kiss the top of his head trying to ease the tension a little bit. It worked a little actually. We start talking about tour and all the band stuff. He doesn't seem all that thrilled to be talking about all of it but he can tell how interested in it I am so he just continues to tell me.

"So..when you do leave to finish your tour?" I ask taking a bite of my waffle.

"We leave in three days to go back to Cali. We have a concert tomorrow night. It's like an hour away or something. It's the last show for a little while though."

"Oh." I know I sound disappointed. I don't really want him to leave. I know he has to and everything but yeah...

Vic's P.O.V.

I wish she'd just talk to me about it. She'd probably feel better if she did. Her smile's different than before. It's full of pain along with her eyes. I know I made it worse by telling her that I leave in three days. I don't want to but I miss home and I have to.

"Hey cheer up." I smile. "I'm here now." I laugh. She looks up at me and giggles a little.

"I need to go home after this." Her slight smile disappears as if it was never there to begin with.

"That doesn't sound like much fun."

"Not at all." She continues to eat her food without looking up. She looks like she's going to start crying again.

"What are you doing tomorrow?"

"Nothing...I don't think anyway. Why?" She raises one eyebrow.

"Well ya know. I might be able to just let you come to our show. You're a fan and as you said you don't get to see a whole lot of bands perform at your venue. Not to mention, we could always use a pretty girl backstage." I smirk at her as she about drops her fork while her cheeks turn blood red.

"Awe thank you haha. But really? You could do that?" Her smile is wider than I've ever seen it. It's not full of pain this time either. It's a genuine smile.

"Of course I can." I smile back at her and my face is starting to get warm. "You can feel free to ride with us if you want. We have to get there super early but I think you'll enjoy it."

"I'd love that!" She screams. I think she's just a little excited haha.

"Great! I can get you a pass tomorrow then. Maybe you should just stay the night again. Then, you don't have to worry about your car being left at the hotel." I honestly just don't wanna sleep without her for the rest of the time that I'm here. Something just felt right last night with her. Also, I know Konnor's her brother, but I don't want him ruining anything for her.

"Hm maybe." She gives a devilish grin at me. "But I'll have to check with my uncle to make sure he doesn't care. I may not be a kid anymore but it's his house and well yeah it's just nice for me to do."

"That's fine. But I actually have a question, you live with your uncle, and your mom died but what happened with your dad?" I don't know why I said that. It's like a don't have a filter around her.

"Umm...he's not around. That, I'll tell you later. I'll just get pissed off if I start talking about it."

"Oh okay." We finish our food and we go back to the hotel. She decides to go by herself incase Konnor is at home. We don't want another outburst like last night.
