Kaylee's P.O.V.

Since we brought my car back from the hotel last night, I was able to drive home as soon as me and Vic got back to the hotel. I pull in the driveway and see Konnor sitting on the steps with Kelsie.

"Kelsie." I nod my head towards the door as I walk past them. She gets up and follows me into the house leaving Konnor alone on the steps. "I'm gonna stay at the hotel again with Vic tonight." I say as I grab a hanger to get the bag down from my closet shelf.

"What?" Kelsie walks over with a stunned look.

"He said I could stay again and go their show tomorrow so I'm going to. Does Uncle Tim have anything for me to do?"

"No...but he's worried about you.."

"Why?"

"You kinda left out of nowhere. I know you told me but you never came home and didn't text me or anything. Uncle Tim didn't even know you left. He's just worried it'll happen again..." She doesn't look me in the eyes as she says the last few words. Happen again. Everyone's always so worried about "last time". If last time would have just worked out the way it was supposed to, I wouldn't have to deal with all of this.

"It's fine. Nothing's going to happen okay?"

"Where are you going? and where have you been?" My uncle says standing in the doorway. His face is worried but pissed.

"Vic's hotel." I don't want to look at him in fear of him telling me to stay. He's always been one to make everyone face their problems instead of run. I just kind of act like I deal with my problems to avoid problems with him. "He invited me the show tomorrow.."

"He makes you happy doesn't he?" I can feel his eyes digging into my soul with his stare. I hate when he does that.

"Yeah.." I look up at him slightly hoping I can just leave.

"What are you still doing here then? Go! Bye! Call later tonight!" He shoos me out of my room and rushes me out the house. He's strangely excited about it which is just creeping me out. Konnor's still sitting on the steps when I walk outside. I walk past him and he doesn't say one word. I was hoping for an apology. I don't know why I bother. He doesn't apologize about anything anymore. It bothers me every time too and every single time it's just a big let down. I think I'd be used to it by now but it still stings just as much every time. I drive back to the hotel and realize that I forgot to ask what room Vic's in. I walk up the front desk and ask what room he's in but of course no one will tell me.

"I can't tell you what room he's in. If you don't leave, I'll be calling security to escort you out of the building." The woman behind the desk says. she seems like she's been dealing with people all day asking. I didn't even argue with her and she goes for the security card. I walk to a chair in the lobby and text Vic. Just then, a security guard walks over and taps me on the shoulder.

"I'm sorry, but you can't be here. You need to leave. Let's go." He grabs my shoulder and gets me off the chair. I don't bother fighting. There's no need for a giant scene.

"What's going on?" Mike walks into the building as I'm being escorted out.

"Do you know her?" The security guard asks.

"Yeah, she's with my brother." He's raising his eyebrows at the security guard giving him a little bit of an attitude.

"So she's supposed to be here with you guys?" The security guard basically interrogates him.

"Um yeah. i believe that was implied in my last statement wasn't it?" Mike grabs my shoulder from him and leads me back through the lobby. The women at the desk gives a dirty look as we walk by.

"What'd you do?" Mike laughs as we walk into the elevator.

"Ask what room Vic was in." I laugh lightly.

"People just being a little too protective." He sighs still smiling at me. He takes my bag from me so i don't have to carry it. It's nice for someone to actually be nice to me. We get to the room and Vic's asleep on the bed. I laugh at the sight. It's not like we didn't sleep. Mike grabs a pillow and smacks Vic with it scarring him half to death out of his sleep. I was folded over laughing at his reaction.

"Your girlfriend was getting kicked out of the hotel. Good job not telling her the room number." Mike hits him again with the pillow only a little softer this time.

"I'm sorry." He gets up while chuckling and gives me a hug. He didn't correct Mike when he said girlfriend. No one informed me of this label. Totally fine with me though.

Vic's P.O.V.

I hope she doesn't mind that I didn't correct Mike. I was afraid she'd be offended if I did. What if she's offended that I didn't? Great. She smiled after though so maybe she's okay with it. I don't even care honestly. she's here with me now and that's all that matters. Tony and Jaime walk in the room shortly after. God knows where they've been lately.

"Okay, she's here again. Either something bad happened ooorrr you asked her out and you guys are together." Jaime blurts out when he sees Kaylee sitting next to me. I had my arm around her so it kind of makes sense where he gets his idea from I guess.

"Nothing bad happened today." She smiled at Jaime then back at me.

"Haha yes! Vic officially has a girl! Hopefully she'll be a keeper." Tony pipes up and winks at Kaylee. Kaylee looks at me waiting for me to respond but i can't think of how to respond to him.She's smiling so i just decide to stick with what he says.

"Yep." I smile at her and she looks at me surprised. "Hey can you guys give us some time for a little bit?" I ask. They nod, grab the keys and leave.

"I was never informed that I'm your girlfriend?" Kaylee asks but she has a slight sarcastic tone in her voice.

"It's easier to just go with what they say." I reply with sarcasm but she seems to take it to the heart a little bit. I want her to be all mine, I just wasn't sure how she would take that. Guess i now I know. "Miss Kaylee, would you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" I wrap my arm around the top of her shoulders a little harder so she has to face me a little bit. i don't know what's with her face today but she seems to have a lot of shocking expressions.

"Of course." she blushes. I kiss her on the lips and we just freeze. The whole room went black. It was like there was just a spotlight on us and my whole world was spinning. I got butterflies in my stomach again but this time they were much more intense. We pull away and I look her in the eyes. The pain is gone and all that's there is love and care. No one's ever looked at me like this before and it's clear no one's looked at her like I am right now either.

"Come here." I grab her wrist and pull her with me the to side of the bed.

"Ouch!" She yells pulling her wrist away from my grasp. I barely grabbed her. She doesn't? Does she?

"What?"

"Nothing. It just hurts. Probably just sore from me punching Konnor." She's lying. She's bad at lying about stuff with her real life apparently.

"You can tell me ya know? Let me see." I say as I grab the top of her arm and turn it over. She doesn't fight. It's shock to me actually. I lift up her sleeve and I find tons of scars and a few fresh cuts. How the hell did I not notice this?

"I'm sorry." She says pulling her sleeve back down looking at the ground. Her voice is shaky like she's going to cry again.

"Darling, you'll be okay." I pull her for a hug and she embraces it.
