Could we do it together?
Austin and I got on the plane and waited for it to take off.
"So are you excited?" Austin asked as he finished putting my luggage into the overhead compartment. I was about to respond to him when I got a text message from Evan.
Evan<3:
Be strong babe I know you can do it I love you and I will see you soon. <3
I smiled at the text and looked up at Austin.
"Yeah I am and i know that this is for the best to help me get better."
"I know that you are struggling with things with Kellin's daughter and the people you go to school with but I want you to know that Me as well as the rest of the band love and care about you so if you need anything don't hesitate to ask for anything" I let a small tear of joy fall from my eye.
"Thank you it means a lot and I don't go to school anymore I started online school when I found out that my cancer was back" I stated. Austin and I talked before I started to feel a bit tired.
"I know that you must be tired so I think you should get some sleep, we still have thirteen hours on this plane" I nodded and put my headphones on and fell into a deep sleep.
I woke up from the nap still in the same position I slept in. I looked over to see that Austin was fast asleep in his seat so I decided to take out my note book and tried to write a song.
When you lost the will to fight what do you have to live for?I hummed a tune in my head to go along with the words. I threw in some screaming parts but I obviously didn't try those due to the fact that we were on a plane. I continued humming the words to myself.
"You write?" I jumped a bit.
"Umm yeah I do but I haven't told anyone" I giggle and he took the book from me and read through it.
"These are some really good songs and I like how you put the unclean vocals in all caps"
"Thanks its alway been a hobby of mine" I stated.
"Well you are very good at it" I blushed.
"Well thank you, how much longer till we land?"
"About an hour or two" Austin replied still flipping through my book.
"Okay"
"I see that this one is meant to be done by two people?" I looked over to see the song that I wrote last week
"Oh yeah it is" I felt weird about him reading this because well this whole book was my feelings spilled onto various pages.
"Would you mind recording it and maybe you and I could do it together?" I looked up at him.
"Are you sure I am not very good?" I asked
"Are you kidding me your Uncle Vic sent me like a million videos of you singing and i know you can scream because I heard you in the car. I would love to do this song with you"
"Well I would love to so it with you as well" I couldn't believe this was happening to me. Well I could but I couldn't.
"So tell me about his Evan kid your dad mentioned?" I looked away for a moment trying not to cry because I missed him and I would have to be away from him for a year.
"Oh Well Evan is my boyfriend, he has been with me since we were 13 or so and he is the son of Jesse Lawson from sleeping with sirens" I stated.
"Oh wow thats a long time to be with someone for your age" Austin laughed.
"Yeah I love him and I am going to miss him like crazy while I am with you touring. Not saying that touring with you is a bad thin-" He cut me off.
"No I get it your gunna miss him because you spend everyday with him" I nodded.
Our flight landed and we were on our way to meet the guys at the bus. As we arrived I saw them all and the one that stuck out the most was the red head, Also known as alan.
"Okay guys this is well you know who she is you met her already" I giggled and waved to everyone.
"Hey long time no se-" I was cut off by a sharp pain my head in the spot wear they had removed a tumor when I was younger. This happened a lot but not lately.
"Are you okay?" Tino asked
"Umm yeah I will be fine I think and if it keeps up I know how to fix it" I looked at Austin and he knew what I was talking about.
"Okay well why don't we go get you settled in" Phil said taking my bags.
A few hours later we were all settled in and Alan and I were watching 500 days of summer becuase we shared the same favorite movie.
I could tell just by the amount of fun I was having now just by watching a movie with Alan I was going to have a great tour year with the band.
