Vic POV

I didn't even know what to say. My eyes were filled with tears and it was like a dam broke on my eyes and all of my tears came flooding through. I ran up to her and pulled her into my arms, spinning her around in the process.

"Oh my god." I cried. "This isn't even real, is it?" I laughed. She smiled and I let her down, but I didn't let her go. I held her in my arms, crying like a baby. I gave her a kiss and hugged her once again, even tighter.

"I missed you so much." I cried, letting my go of my grip a bit. She did need to breathe.

"I missed you too." she said, voice cracking. "Vic I heard you. I heard what you said." she smiled.

"Oh.. you did?" I mentally slapped myself in the face.

"I love you." she smiled, pulling me into another kiss.

"God, do you know how frustrating that was for me? I could hear you, but I couldn't talk. It was so weird, and I was so angry. I wanted to tell you I was okay, that I was fighting just for you.. I was crying on the inside, believe me." she laughed. Everyone was just watching us with a 'awe, how cute' kind of expression on their face.

"Do you know terrifying that was for me?" I cried. "I didn't know if you were ever going to come back. But now you're here. God, I can't believe this is real." I cried.

"Yeah, the whole time he wouldn't talk to anyone at all. He became like completely antisocial and would just stare at the wall." Mike laughed. He walked over to us, holding a plate of food. "It's good to have you back, Carlee. Vic too." he laughed.

"It's good to be back." she smiled. "Vic don't beat yourself up because of me, okay? That's the last thing I would want." she said, giving me another kiss.

"I'm sorry, it was just so hard. I wrote another song for you." I laughed.

"Aw, I can't wait to hear it." she smiled. She gave me another kiss. Which I definitely wasn't complaining about, but I could tell everyone else was getting annoyed by it.

I picked her up and pulled her into a hug again and then set her down.

"Let's eat." I smiled. She nodded and we both sat down.

I couldn't even explain how happy I was. I was so unbelievably happy, probably more happy than I've ever been in my life. I had her back. She was back, she's alive. And I won't ever let her leave me again.

"So how did you do it, mama?" I asked.

"Well, while you were being all antisocial, the hospital called to tell me that Carlee woke up from the coma. So I called mom and told her everything, and then we planned this all out. They came here from Mexico and picked Carlee up from the hospital and took her home and shit. Then I told them to pick her up from her house today and bring her over, so they did that and I had mom leave her phone with her and I texted her to come in." Mike smiled. "It was really hard keeping it from you." he laughed.

"I fucking love you guys."

The barbecue was amazing. The food was amazing. All the people I loved were there, we had an amazing time. It was just fucking amazing. All of it.

I walked upstairs to say goodbye to my parents.

"I love you guys, thank you so much for tonight. You don't even know how much that meant to me. Thank you guys." I said, giving my mom a kiss on the cheek and my dad a hug.

"Anything for you, hijo." my mom smiled. I gave them another hug and then closed the door as they were walking out.

I turned to Carlee. Mike and Jaime left to go to Jaime's house to get wasted and hang out, so Carlee and I were alone.

"Tonight was amazing." she smiled.

"I know. It was perfect. But it doesn't have to end yet." I smiled.

"What are you planning?" she asked.

I smiled and went into my room, grabbing a blanket. I grabbed her hand and pulled her outside and into my car.

"We're going to go stargazing." I smiled. "At the beach." I watched her as her eyes lit up and a smile came across her face.

"That sounds amazing." she smiled.

We got to the beach and just as I planned, there was nobody there. It was well around 10pm now, and the stars were shining very bright. We walked out into the sand and I laid the blanket down beneath us. I lay down and patted the spot next to me. She lay down next to me and I grabbed her hand and looked up at the stars.

"I am so happy you're back." I mumbled.

"I'm so happy I'm back, too. I'm so happy I can finally be with you again." she said, turning on her side facing towards me.

"So am I. You don't even know." I smiled.

And we just lay there all night. Holding hands and enjoying each other's company. We talked about everything. I told her how I was feeling while she was in the coma and everything that happened while she was. She told me about what Aubrey said to her before she drugged her. She told me about the night at the party and she kept apologizing about what happened with Tony. But I kept telling her it was fine. She had no idea, and the only thing that mattered was that she was here now.

And that's all I needed.

I don't know where I'm going to end this.. and there will probably be a sequel too. do you guys want me to write a sequel?
