Chapter 14
~*POV Tony*~
Vic and I somehow walked Mike up to his bedroom and got him into bed. He was still crying when Vic and I left the room. I felt so bad, if I hadn't put the food on his plate this never would've happened... I sighed and sank down to the ground.
"It's not your fault," Vic said, sitting down next to me, "He needs to eat... And I was just about to do the same thing..."
"Why is he doing this?" I asked, my voice shaking, "Can't he see how thin he already is?"
It makes me so angry that he can't see how beautiful he is. I mean, he's golden through and through. It physically hurts me that he can't see it...
"I guess not," Vic mumbled, "I just don't understand. He's so ignorant. He's going to end up killing himself, for what? To be a few pounds lighter when he's already so underweight. I don't even know how much he weighs, but their's no way it's healthy!"
"He told me last night that he weighed 98 pounds..." I said, my voice cracking in the process. I'm so close to crying, but I can't. I have to be strong for Mike...
"Oh my god," Vic whispered, he put his head in his hands, "Oh Mike, how did I not notice this before?"
I didn't say anything. Their was nothing I could say... I leaned my head up against the wall and tried to stop myself from crying. I wasn't doing a very good job, I felt a few tears roll down my face. I instantly wiped them away, so much for not crying...
"You really care about him, don't you?" Vic asked.
I nodded.
"But you just met him..."
"I know."
Vic just nodded and put his hand on my shoulder, "He'll be ok. As long as we're both here for him, it's pretty obvious he cares about you too."
I couldn't help but smile a little when he said that, "I hope you're right..."
"Trust me," he responded, "I know my brother pretty well, and I can tell..."
I sighed before standing back up, "I'm going to check on him..."
