Winning you over was the hardest thing to do

Candace's Pov-

I was already bored. The boys didn't really talk just were on their phones. They weren't as entertaining as TJ said they were on the drive over. It was nothing but Awkward silence until Jaime 'the nicest person in the world' as TJ would say it, finally broke it.

"Does anyone wanna go to catering?" He asked sitting up. After a moment of putting thought into it. They finally gave him an answer. "No thanks" Tony, Vic, and Mike said in unison. "Oh, ok I wasn't that hungry anyway" he said Slouching back in his seat. I looked at him with sorrow. He looked like he was starving. I bit my lip and had the courage and strength to say something.

The words slipped with my voice shaking. "I'll go" All eyes were on me in surprise that of all people i would offer to go with a jerk. He sat up and groaned quietly. "Fine, if you're the only one available" he said over exaggerating. Great, why do I even stand up for this asshole? He grabbed his sweater and stood up. I opened the door and he stood by it. Jaime looked at the guys. "We'll be back in a bit" he looked at me. "Hopefully sooner" he said.

He closed the door and started walking beside me. "Of all people" he mumbled under his breath. He was talking about me. We walked to this door where a little line of people were formed. "Grab a plate" he said pointing toward paper plates. I did as he said. There were band members serving others food.

Finally, we got served. "Hime-Time!" A man shouted from across the room. "Alex!" He shouted back. "Come sit by us!" He said. Jaime smiled and went over to their table. I followed. "Sup Jaime!" Alex asked fist bumping him. "Nothing much dude" he said taking a seat by a guy with part of his hair dyed blonde.

"Who's this beautiful lady?" The one with blonde asked. "Just a fan, no one special" Jaime responded. I shot him a glare. "The name's Candace" I said with a smile and shaking his hand. "A beautiful name for a gorgeous girl" he said with a smile. "What's your name?" I asked "It's Barakat, Jack Barakat" he said sliding a pair of sunglasses on. I giggled at his James Bond impression. "Nice to meet you" I said. I sat by him. "My name's Alex!" The hyper one said shaking my hand. "I'm Rian!" Another one said. "I'm Zack" the last one said quietly.

"Our band is called All-Time-Low Alex said. I nodded. "How did a punk like you meet such a pretty girl?" Alex asked nudging Jaime in the shoulder. "I didn't, her and her friend came to our dressing room" Jaime said being annoyed by the fact that the guys liked me.

They talked for a bit and made sexual jokes about each other. These guys were really cool. "We have to go but we'll hang out soon" Jack said to me. "Hang out?" I asked
"Yeah, we are friends right?" He asked. I took a moment to think. I gulped. "Yeah I guess we are" he winked walking away with the others. Jaime threw his trash away along with mine.

"Wow, we're friends" I said in surprise. "Don't get to comfortable, you don't fit in here" Jaime snapped.

Can I strangle him yet?!?
