why do you keep running away?

Gabe's pov-

"Kellin wait!" I said as I tried catching up to him.
I finally caught up.
"Dude! I didn't mean to kiss her!" He stopped.
he slowly turned around.
"How could you!? You're my fucking best friend!" He screamed at me.
"Why do you even care!?" I said back
He didn't say anything.
"This is why Katelynne cheated, you're a child"

His face dropped. His eyes now filled with rage and sadness.
He balled his fists. Without warning his fist hit my cheek. I fell back in pain.

"you're out of the band. I want your drums and shit out of the bus now" he said turning his back and walking away.

"Oh my god! Gabe!" I heard Tia shriek.
she ran to my side.
"Are you ok?" She panicked.
"Yeah, he just punched me" I said
she offered a hand and with all her strength lifted me up.
"I'm sorry Gabe" she said.
it's fine"
She started crying into her hands.
"no, don't cry Tia, please" I begged
"It's all my fault, I knew I shouldn't have came"
I hugged her tightly.
"Let's go back to your bus" I said. She nodded wiping her eyes.
She walked me to their bus. We got in. It was nicer than I thought. It had a mini ffridge, a microwave, coffee pot a bigger tv than ours and a play station 4.
"What was all the shouting about?" Cassie asked rubbing her eyes getting out of her bunk.
She opened her eyes and widened them.
"Gabe your face!" She said in shock.
"I'll get the first aid kit" she said

"Sit on the couch Gabe" Tia said. I nodded.
"Does this hurt?" She asked lightly poking it.
"ow!" I flinched.
"Gabe hold still, I have to clean it up!"
"no!"
"hurry!"
She jumped on me and straddled my arms to the couch.
"Woah!" Cassey said closing her eyes with her hand.
"We weren't doing anything" Tia said annoyed.
Still closing her eyes she handed Tia the first aid kit.
"thanks" she mumbled.
I sat up in a normal position.
She grabbed something that looked like a napkin.
"This is going to sting, ok?" She warned me. I nodded in response.
She dabbed it.
"Ow! Stop!" I whined.
"I have to clean it" she said.
"fine"
It stung like a bitch!
"Done" she said putting a bandage over the cut.

"Are you going back to your bus?" She asked yawning
"um, no actually, Kellin kicked me out of the band" I said.
"what!?" Her eyes looking like golf balls.

"Can I stay here for a few nights?" I asked.
"yea, but we have rules"
"ok, what kind?"
"First rule, no one night stands on the couch, second, no eating on the couch, third shower time is only 15 minutes per person, last rule, don't break any rules" she said.

"Let me guess, Chelsea made up the rules?" I asked.
"yep, never break them! She grounded me for eating on the couch one time" she said.

I chuckled.
"you can sleep in my bunk" she suggested.
"sure" I smiled. She led me to her bunk.
"it's already 11" she said checking the little alarm clock.

"we're going to Albuquerque New Mexico, are all of you in the bus?" The driver asked walking in.
I checked all the bunks.
"Chelsea, Cas, and Katie"
"check!" Tia said

"ok, goodnight" he said with a sweet smile.
she smiled.
I'm going to bed now" Tia said already in her pajamas.
"Me too"
I crawled in and laid by her
"goodnight Gabe" she smiled before closing her eyes.
I wrapped my arms around her and fell asleep.

This feels right.
