**Vic's POV**

the guys and i had stopped searching for tony to get a small break. I was honestly scared for tony. If mel's death made us feel like crap, i imagine how tony must feel right now. Maybe he just wants to be alone for now, the death of a loved one is always too hard and too much to handle, even more when the person you lost is the person that is basically the love of your life. I know tone has screwed up lots of times with mel, but i know that deep withinc he trully loves her. I can see it in the way he blushes whenever someone mentions her name, or the way his eyes twinkle at her sight. After taking a break, we went back to seraching.

after the guys and i basically searched every single room in the entire hospital, we finally ended up on the last two. The second to last room's door was wide open, i heard faint sobs coming from the room, and immediately recognized it as tony's. I was far in front of the guys, melissa and cass. I immediately ran inside and saw something that made my broken heart mend into its normal form.

Tone was sobbing on mel's lap, while she soothed him and rubbed his back.

she's alive.

her tear stained cheeks glistened in the small pale room's dim light.

she heard me sigh in relief, and looked up, her eyes making eye contact with mines right ahead. Her smile got even wider as she noticed the rest of the gang behind me. They immediately walked in, but stopped when they saw tony kneeling down laying his head on her lap.

minutes after, tony lifted his head up, wiping the trails the tears had made down his cheeks, wiping the water from his hands onto his jeans. His eyes puffy and red from crying.

he stood up, smiling brighter than ever.

"she's alive"
