If This Was a Movie, I'd be Dead by Now

My eyes flew open to the sound of my alarm. I turned it off. My phone was sitting on my nightstand next to my bed. I looked at it. It was a Wednesday. I forgot to check what day it was yesterday. Oh well, looks like I have school today. Yay!
I quickly got dressed and ran downstairs only to be greeted by my mom.
"Look who's finally home" she scoffed, "Where have you been? Off sleeping with boys"
"Fuck you," I spat "I've been in the fucking hospital you bitch!"
I heard footsteps on the stairs.
"Ya and I'm a millionaire," she said.
"Both of you stop now" Dravin yelled at us.
"I'm leaving," I said pushing past him.
"And where do you think you're going missy," my mom asked.
"To school" I spat and ran out the door. I couldn't hold in my tears so I just cried. I didn't stop running and I didn't look where I was going either. I heard some yells but I didn't pay attention. That's when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and pick me up. I screamed at the top of my lungs. The person said something but I couldn't hear it. They sat me down and I turned to see who it was and was going to punch them in the face when I recognized them. It was Jaime.
"What's wrong, what happened?" he asked wth concern covering his face.
"Nothing, don't worry about it," I muttered.
"Please I want to help" he pleaded.
"My mom that's it she was just being a bitch" I sighed.
"Are you okay, you almost ran into the street." he still looked concerned.
"Sorry," I sighed. He wrapped me in a hug. We stood there for about five minutes before he pulled away.
"Why weren't you at school the past week," he asked.
"I was sick" I shrugged hoping he would buy it. Of course, he didn't.
"That's what Vic said but I don't believe it," he looked me in the eyes. I knew he wasn't going to give up.
"I'll tell you about it later" I sighed. I then noticed a group of people standing off to the side. Jaime must have seen me looking because he turned around to see what I was looking at.
"Who are they?" I asked.
"Well that's Tony," he said pointing to a kid with decent sized gauges and glasses, "and that's Mike, Mike is Vic's little brother," He said pointing at the other. I just nodded. Vic, shit Vic. I was going to have to see him today. What was I going to do? I started to have a panic attack.
"Celosia?" Jaime asked trying to get my attention but all I could think about was what I was going to do about Vic.
When I didn't respond Jaime picked me up and sat down setting me on his lap.
"Celosia, look at me. I need you to calm down" he said in a gentle tone. I started to calm down a bit. When my breathing started to speed up again I laid my head on Jaime's chest. I listened to his breathing and slowed mine to match his. Dravin had taught me how to do this when I was younger because I had a lot of panic attacks.
"Celosia are you okay?" Jaime said pulling back so he could look at me. All I could manage was a small nod. We stood up and Tony and Mike walked over.
"You okay?" Tony asked setting a hand on my shoulder.
"Ya," I said quietly. I looked at Tony again, he looked really familiar. That's when it hit me. Tony was in my math class. He gave me a questioning look and whispered something in Jaime's ear and Jaime nodded. What were they talking about? Probably just agreeing on the fact that I'm a freak.
"We need to get to school," Mike said looking at his phone. We all nodded and started off in the direction of the school. I really hope the day gets better.
