I wake up the next morning and Tony is already gone. I go downstairs and Jamie is the only one there. “Where are the guys?” “Oh, they went to the studio, I was gonna go but I wasn’t really feeling it.” “hey, I heard what happened last night, I’m really sorry.” “We were so loud we woke you up? I’m sorry.” “No I was already awake.” “oh.”
“Hey guys!”-V “Oh you didn’t go with Mike and Tony?”-J “Nah I wanted a day off before we started all the tour planning.” “Hey we should call Kellin and see what he’s up to.”-J.
Ten minutes later Kellin Quinn is standing in the living room. “Oh yea this is Tony’s girlfriend type thing, Taylor, she’s kinda awesome.”-V “Hey nice to meet you.”-K “Nice to meet you too.”
“So Kellin how’s that new album coming along man?”-J “Actually, we’re doing with the songs we just need to record them and go on a world tour!” “Really? What if you went on tour together?” “Wow Taylor that’s a great idea!”-V “Yeah I’ll talk to our tour manger about it. We haven’t been on tour together in a long time!” “Wow this is gonna be great!”-V
at lunch Danielle and I decide to go to our favorite coffee shop. “Can you believe everything that was happened to us so far in the past month?” “I know it’s crazy. Who would’ve thought that I would have plans to be going on tour with my boyfriend who just so happens to be in Pierce the veil and living with him, like what the fuck!” “Nobody ever thought that I would get away from David. And I love Tony. I really do. I told him last night when he fell asleep.” “Taylor do you know how scared I was sitting by your hospital bed? I didn’t know if you were going to wake up!” “Then why did you leave and go run off with Mike?” “Because I didn’t want to be there when you died!” we both fall silent.
“We should probably get back to house it’s getting kinda late.”-D Danielle drives home and we talk about what we think the tour will be like. “Do you think there’s going to be crazy after parties and weird food?”-D “I bet there will be so many adventures to go on!” we pull into the driveway and a weird car is parked in our spot. “Who the hell is that?” “It’s not Erin.”-D
We go inside and find a girl, with blonde hair sitting on the couch talking to Tony. Her back is faced toward me so I can’t see what she looks like. Before I can make it the living room, Vic there puling me up stairs. Danielle goes into the kitchen where Mike is.
“Who is that?” “That is Tony’s ex-girlfriend.”-V “What?! Why is she here?” “I don’t know but I’m sure that Tony will come up here any minute all tell us what is going on. But until he does, you can’t go down there.” “Why?” “Cause she’ll see you and see that Tony has moved on and then you know what will happen.” “Fuck. Well you have you stay up here with me then!” “Fine. I have to do some paper work for the tour, you can help me.” We go to Vic’s room and he hands me a stack of papers. “Here you should be able to fill these out.” “What is all this?” “This is stuff for the tour buses how many we need, who all is going to be on them, that sort of thing.” “Gross.” We fill put some the paper work but my mind is somewhere else. What if she is trying to get him back? What if it works. I feel like I’m up here forever so I decide to just go to bed.
First, I make sure I take my anxiety meds. I take a long shower and get a new clean shirt and get in bed, leaving enough room for Tony. I close my eyes but I can’t sleep. So I just lay there with my back facing the door. After a long time, I here footsteps that could only be Tony’s. he comes in, takes his pants and shirt off and crawls into bed. He thinks I’m sleep so he very gently pulls me in and gives me a kiss on the forehead and whispers, “I love you too.”
