Love Amongst Destruction

Kuza’s POV

“So let me get this straight…..we had Chance, the one fucking person in this world that knows where Bella would be and we let him go?” Danny snarled.

“Relax, it wasn’t like I didn’t think this through. This whole thing leads up to Bella regretting even thinking about leaving.” Chris said.

“Ok, there is no one in this room and out on other tours or at the house that will fully agree to anything about what should have been done. However, we can all agree there wasn’t any way we could have gotten Bella. She damn near ran Jack and I over. Honestly, fuck Chance right now. Now that he’s gone our main focus is on Bella.” I said.

Silence.

Everyone finally shut up and I’m hoping that everyone was on the same page now and not pissed off about Chance.

“Ok I get what Kuza’s saying. However, I need Chris to explain what exactly his plan is.” James added.

“To be honest, I think everyone needs that.” Alex told us.

“Ok, so my thinking behind this was, say if we had gotten Bella back, what would we have? Just the same old rebellious Bella who would die to get out. What if though...what if we finally let her taste what she’s wanted for months. That freedom she practically would kill for, that escape from us.” Chris started.

A huge sly grin popped up on Danny’s face.

“Now I see exactly where you are going with this.” He chuckled darkly.

“Yup. We let her live this little fantasy of hers and then we take that right away from her and rip her right back into the reality of us and her. So not only will she feel that physical pain of when she gets back and gets her ass beaten, but she’ll feel the emotional pain of being ripped away from Chance.” Chris finished explained.

“Welp….I never thought I’d say this but I’m damn glad you let the pet go.” Ben smiled.

“So we’re all on the same page then, correct?” I asked.

“Besides from letting everyone who isn’t here now about it, yes. I truly don’t think any of them will protest it though.” Chris said.

Silence once again went through the room as everyone took some time and just thought.

Finally someone spoke up.

“So…..when do we get her back, how, and what do we do while she’s gone?” Sam Bettley asked.

“Well Chance is with her, so I think he will keep her from making stupid choices such as going to anybody to say anything. Her mom’s probably out of the picture too. I think that they’ll be cautious enough to stay away from her. As for what we do…..I think we know who that’s up to.” Thrasher said, looking over at Chris, Craig, and Danny.

“We do the usual.” Chris said.

“Exactly.” Danny said.

“Which includes going on tour, meeting with the fans. Basically act like we don’t own a slave and we didn’t have her just run away.” Craig explained very simply to us.

Everyone nodded.

We could absolutely do that.

“Good, so then let’s get back out there to finish up today, and head on to the next city and perform like everyday. Just know that while yes our pet is missing because she ran away, we will get her back. We’ll get her back and break her down further than she’s ever been broken before.” Craig continued.

Ghost chuckled extremely darkly, “About fucking time.”

“She has no clue as to what’s coming her way. She’ll be sure to regret every action she’s ever taken besides from the one or two times she actually served her masters.” Danny said.


“As she should.” Cameron stated.

“Hey guys, we need you all to set up and take down some sets, and Asking you guys are on in 20.” Kenny Leath announced, the stage manager for many of us at Warped who had no clue about any part of Bella.

“Ok, we’ll be there in a minute.” Ronnie said.

He nodded, and quickly left.

“Soon enough we’ll put our pet back on her leash.” Chris whispered, quietly.

Everyone split up into their bands and I stayed behind to quickly dispose of any trace of Bella left in the buses currently.

I couldn’t wait for Bella to be back, but for now we’d have to carry on like nothing ever happened.

It would be fine though, because we knew the reward for us as soon as she was back.

Our reward, and her punishment.

Chance’s POV -

I felt the bed shift, which caused me to stir a tiny bit and turn my body so it faced the other way.

“Chance.” Bella’s voice whispered, as soft as a feather.

My eyes ever so slowly cracked open and I saw the face of an angel in front of me.

“Well hello there, baby.” I replied.

A gigantic smile popped up onto her face and she wrapped her arms around me and gave me a gentle kiss.

“Good Morning.” She cheered, sitting up next to me.

“Yes it is.” I smiled back up at her, taking a spot next to her.

I took a few minutes to look at Bella, really truly look at her.

She was actually happy, smiling so big, and her body was radiating joy. For once in about a year there was no sadness in her eyes, no fear, she didn’t flinch when I tried to make physical contact with her, and I finally saw her soul light up with happiness.

“It feels so good to finally know you’re happy and safe with me.” I told her.

“I’m beyond happy. This time I know I’m actually free and there’s no way in hell I’m going back.” She stated.

“Oh and you put a ring on it.” she whispered, bringing up her hand and showing me the token of my love for her that took its place on her finger.

“Yes I did.” I smiled, so glad I finally had my angel safe and sound.

“I know we can’t go out and actually get married though, at least not yet. Just having this ring though….it’ll give me a strength I never though I had before. Don’t take this the wrong way, but it’s now like you own me instead of them.” She told me.

“No no no, Bella.” I said, gently grabbing her face with my hands and looking into her eyes.

“No one owns you. Do you understand me?” I questioned her.

“Yes sir.” She automatically replied.

Within a millisecond her face filled with horror and she covered her mouth with both her hands.

“It’s ok Bella, you didn’t mean it.” I tried to comfort her, as I saw the horror and disgust on her face.

“I’m so sorry, Chance, I’m so sorry.” She cried, over and over again.

“Shhhhh Bella, it’s ok.” I hushed her continuously while rubbing her back.

Nodding her head no back and forth she continued to sob.

All I could do was rub her back and tell her that it was ok, that I didn’t mind and that it was just an accident.

Truth was though I was just as disturbed as she was, she was a broken girl inside of a shell that for just a moment found happiness.

I was a fool to think that because I gave her that ring and promised her my eternal love that she’d just suddenly be healed.

She wouldn’t be ok for years to be honest.

That would be if I was lucky, not knowing the full extent of the damage done to her I did fear that she may never be her old normal self.

She was a piece of glass that had been dropped to the floor and shattered everywhere.

No one knew if you’d ever be able to find all of the pieces, let alone put them all together.

The same could be said for Bella.

She was simply broken, nothing more and nothing less.
