Love Amongst Destruction

Stepping out of the shower, I wrapped my drenched body up in a towel and quickly dried off as fast as possible. Slipping into my pajama shorts I went back into the bunk section of ETF’s bus.

It was still the weirdest thing to get into our bunks knowing that Bella wasn’t even with us. I had gotten so used to trying to get into bed only to be stopped by a giggling Bella who questioned me until I was slightly annoyed.

Yes I was mad, more like pissed off that she had run away. However, deep down I was honestly also a little worried. Especially because she had bonded with me the most, both before and after she had gone to Michael and DJ’s house. She let me in on her deepest darkest fears, herself being one of the biggest ones. I know that she had her accident at Michael’s, and even though she was free now I still feared for her.

I thought of all the rare, but sweet and treasured moments I had with Bella. The late night cuddles over hot cocoa and horror movies, the joking around and cute giggles from her, and the moments of sweet loving and true submission I’d get from her on very random and rare moments of time.

“Wow, what’s going through your mind?” Angelo chuckled, slipping into his bed across from mine, sitting up.

“About a million and five things.” I answered.

“Figures, you look super deep in thought.” He told me.

“Just trying to figure this big fucking mess out. I know a lot of people are pissed off, but I’m seriously worried. I don’t want anything bad to happen with her, it’s different when she’s here, because we obviously know when to stop. I’m just afraid she’ll get led in an even worse position with Chance.” I admitted.

“Well, to be honest it’s going to be real fucking tough for her when she gets back, which we know will eventually happen. I mean for goodness sakes I was just with Chris and Craig and they’re buying a damn large dog cage.” Angelo said.

“Oh trust me, I know that. I even fully agree that she deserves it.”

I sighed.

“It’s just I really do have a true relationship with Bella. No offense to you guys, but I’m sure even you’d agree. We’re close for some reason, even with the same dynamic as Chris has with her. So…..I don’t know. I just want her back and to be able to know she’s safe and back where she belongs.” I finished.

“I understand. We will though, soon enough. Time will go by with tours and travelling. She’ll be with us again, and she’ll be safe and sound where she won’t leave again.” Angelo stated.

“It better go by fast, or I think some of them will lose it otherwise.” I said.

“Can’t argue with that.” Angelo sighed.

We sat with just our thoughts for a few minutes, and we were met with the rest of the band coming in.

It had been an extremely long day, everyone was tired, stressed, concerned, and all of the above and beyond.

We just needed rest.

Robert grabbed his coffee and red bull, headed up front to drive and the rest of them went to their beds and were out like a light.

Slowly but surely I slipped under my covers and turned off all the lights in the bus.
