*Jaime's POV*

I knew Max had been crying when I picker her and Mike up but I didn't want to ask because I didn't want to sound too over-protective or pushy, even though she knew I was over protective I didn't want to act like it, "That's all the furniture in and ready to be used people!" Vic said as he came down stairs and into the living room closely followed by Danielle and then Tony, "Aww thanks guys, you didn't have to move it all in today?" Max said standing up and hugging everyone, Alex copied her, "You guys are gems" she said, looking up and pointed at Vic, "Gem number 1" then she pointed at Danielle "Gem number 1" then finally Tony, "Gem number 1" Tony laughed, "We can't all be Gem number 1?" He said, crouching down and picking her up, "Well you can because you all worked as hard as each other so it's hard to pick a favorite?" She said, cuddling in to Tony, "You're my favorite Uncle Tone" She whispered as she started falling asleep in his arms, we all 'awwwed' as Tony took her up to her bed, followed closely by Max, I could hear they two talking about something but I didn't know what it was so I just shrugged it off, "Hey man, really, thanks for everything" I said standing up and hugging Vic and then Danielle, "It's cool, just means that you're buying the Taco Bell tonight" Vic said winking as him and Danielle went to take a seat, I hadn't seen Mike in a while, I had no idea where he was. I went to the fridge to open 5 beers for everyone and got a shock when I saw Mike sitting at the island drinking his second beer and scrolling through his phone.

"Hey" I said walking to the fridge, "Hmm? Oh hi" He said looking up for a moment and taking a swig of his beer, "You're quiet tonight, what's up?" I said, eyeing him up as I set five beers on the counter and started opening them, "Aww you know just tired and sore" He said laughing and pointing to his arm, "Well if you want get Max to make one of the guest beds up and you can have a nap, we'll wake you up in an hour or so?" I said being polite, I mean after all he is like a brother to me and even though he likes Max and I get angry and over-protective I still don't hate him, he's practically family and I'm happy and grateful for everything he's done for us, "Really dude!?" He said smiling from ear to ear I nodded, "Yeah sure, go ahead!" I said, he jumped up and hugged me then ran away upstairs shouting Max's name, I took three beers through for Vic, Danielle and I while we were waiting on the others, they were in a full blown make out sesh, they didn't even notice I sat down, "Hey guys, not on the couch eh?" I said laughing and throwing a pillow at them, Danielle blushed and flipped me off, "Dickhead!" She laughed grabbing her beer while Vic just held his hands up, "Sorry, man" I put up my hand and Vic high fived it making Danielle glare at both of us.

*Tony's POV*

"Come on Alex, go to sleep" I laughed as I set Alexis down in her bed for the third, "No I want mommy to sing me the lullaby!" She said sitting up and crossing her arms, "What one does she normally sing?" I asked even though I had 0 chance of knowing it, "Mocking bird one" She said, I nodded, I know this one surprisingly, "Okay lie down and I'll sing it" I said, she looked at me and nodded, doing what she was told, I sat on the edge of the bed, "Ready?" I asked, she nodded;
"Hush, little baby, don't say a word.
Papa's gonna buy you a mockingbird

And if that mockingbird won't sing,
Papa's gonna buy you a diamond ring

And if that diamond ring turns brass,
Papa's gonna buy you a looking glass

And if that looking glass gets broke,

As I was half way through the song I heard Max come in and start singing too, over voices harmonizing together perfectly

When we finished Alex was sound asleep, I turned to Max and stood up, "That was so sweet of you" She said, I blushed, "Thanks" I managed to reply, I looked at her in her damp clothes, I could see her nipples through her shirt and bra, god she is so hot, I stared into her eyes and she stared into mine, we both leaned in until our lips crashed, letting them move in perfect sync, I started to move my hands up but she stopped me, "Tony, I can't..." She said trailing off, I looked at her with sad eyes, "I know" I said, looking at the floor and walking out, god I wish.
