*Jaime's POV*
By the time we got the stuff for the bedroom and the living room it was almost 3:30pm and Max is getting picked up at 7pm, as we were driving home I decided I wanted to listen to some music, "Hey Max?" I asked, kind of scared of her answer, "Yeah baby?" She said, not looking up but scrolling through her Insta feed, "Can you sing for me?" I asked her, her head shot up as she looked at me, "Sure?" She said a little uneasy, but she continued, "What song?" She asked, I thought for a minute but didn't have a preference, "Any" I said, resting my hand on her thigh, I heard her take a deep breath and saw her close her eyes,

I literally had a tear in my eye when she finished, "That was beautiful" I said squeezing her thigh in reassurance, I saw her open her eyes and smile, grabbing my hand and kissing it, "Thank you" she whispered as we pulled in. As we walked into the house I sat down on the couch with Max beside me, "What are you doing?" I asked looking at her with an eyebrow raised, "What do you mean?" She asked, raising her eyebrows back, I looked at my watch, "Well it's 4pm now it takes you forever to get ready and you're getting picked up in 3 hours?" I said looking at her, her eyes went wide, "Shit!" She said in a panic jumping up and running up the stairs, I couldn't help but laugh, I heard Max in the shower and decided to go up, walking in, "Max, do you want a sandwich or something before you go?" I asked watching her wash her hair, "Yes please babe" she said as I walked out, "Winter!! Who wants some food?" I called as I entered the kitchen, opening the fridge, I heard the greyhound coming bounding into the kitchen as she crashed into my knee.
"Jaimeee!! JAIME!!" I heard Max shout from upstairs, "Yeah?" I asked running up stairs, "What's up?" I asked looking at her in her towel, "I'm not going!" She said sitting on the bed in a mood and pouty face, "Why not?" I asked, kind of sad, "Because it's 6pm already and mt hair is still soaking, I have 0 make up on and I don't know what to wear?" She said moaning, "Hoe about you glue your nails and do your make up, I'll do your hair and help you pick out an outfit, I'm quite the stylist you know" I said, quite proudly, she looked at me, giving me a cute smile, "This is why I love you" she said standing up and kissing me, she smiled into the kiss, which made me smile back, "Okay, sit on the chair and let me start my magic!" I said setting her down in the swirly chair, I turned the hairdryer on and started doing her hair, after that was the outfit, we picked it out together, well it was more or less me but she helped, she went to the bathroom and put it on and when she came out, she looked like a princess, she was beautiful, I can't believe I'm going to marry her, this is all so surreal!
