Counting The Stars and Scars

*Jaime's POV*

-2 Days Later*

I was woke up to something licking my face, "Max" I moaned wiping as I was tired, we had a party last night because it was New Years Eve and I could feel the hangover kicking in, I then heard a laugh from the bottom of the bed and opened my eyes, Max was stood there sniggering as Winter was licking my face, I rubbed my hands over my eyes and put Winter on the floor, Max started climbing up the bed, lying on me and resting her chin on my chest, "Good Morning!" she said, I smiled, I love waking up to that face every morning, "Good Morning, Beautiful" I said leaning down and kissing her forehead, she jumped up and started trying to pull me out of bed, "Come on, it's Christmas!" She said struggling, I sighed and got up, throwing Max over my shoulder and walking downstairs, "Max" I gasped when I reached the living room, "This place looks beautiful" I said looking around, she had lit the candles and fire, turned the Christmas lights on and seperated all of our presents in to nice, neat piles, "Well I do try, come on there is some pancakes in the kitchen and then we can open our presents!" she said dashing through and grabbing herself a couple, she didn't eat them all but she ate most of them, I ran through to the living room and opened all the presents from Mike, Vic, Tony, Mr and Mrs Fuentes, my Mum and Dad and finally Max's aunts and uncles, it was mostly the same, t-shirts, cologne, chocolates etc.. then I opened Max's presents, "You could've at least waited until I got through to open them!" she laughed holding a hot cup of tea, I shrugged and tore into all the presents, there was a lot, which was so sweet of her, "Oh wait there is one missing!" she gasped running upstairs and running back down with her hand behind her back, she knelt down and my heart skipped a beat, I really hope she wasn't purposing, "Jaime Alberto Preciado, would you do the amazing honor of moving in with me?" she opened a blue box and there were two keys, the front door and the back door, I jumped up smiling, "Yes!!" I said kissing her, we sat back down and I sorted my presents from Max, as she went through hers, it was just the usual like mine, then she came to the presents from me, "You didn't have to get me anything you know" she said and I gasped "Don't be stupid" I said as she opened all her presents, "Jaime I love them!" she said, jumping on me and kissing me, "Wait there is one more" I said as I stood up.

I pulled a red box from my behind the couch and Max gasped, I got down on one knee, holding her hand while her other was covering her mouth, "Maxine Penelope Estella Crooks, I remember the very first day we met, I looked into your sky blue eyes and fell madly, deeply in love with, ever since then I have wanted to spend the rest of my life with you, I love you so fucking much it's unreal! I almost lost you oce, I'm not going to let it happen again! So, would you do me the tremendous honor of becoming my wife?" I asked smiling, she was in tears, and it was silent for what felt like forver, "Yes!!" she said nodding her head, I smiled and sighed with relief, standing up, putting the ring on her finger and twirling her around, when I set her back down on her feet, we started to kiss, a couple minutes into our make out session she stopped stepping backwards, "We have to tell the fans!! What if they hate me!" she said, muttering "Oh god" to herself as she paced back and forwards, "Max, calm down, you'll be fine, later on we'll take a picture of your ring and post it on Instagram, we'll be fine!" I said holding her and rubbing her shoulder, she nodded, "Okay" she sighed, resting her forehead on mine, "Watch the turkey, I'm going for a shower" she said before disappearing upstairs and into the bathroom. What an exciting morning and it isn't even 11am yet!

I took the Turkey out of the oven and went upstairs to get changed making sure to lock Winter out of the kitchen, when I entered the room, I saw a stunning Max, touching up her make up in the mirror and taking a selfie, went up behind her, snaking my arms around her body as she took another, "You look gorgeous" I said as I started kissing her neck, she let out a moan as she turned around and started pushing me towards the bed.

Okay just a warning thre IS smut in the next chapter, I'll try and make it better than any other 'smut' I've wrote as you can probably tell I am a virgin... You didn't need to know that but oh well.
