Counting The Stars and Scars

*Jaime's POV*

I woke up naked, cold and alone, I lay in bed for a minute thinking about what happened last night, I have a girlfriend now, I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard a loud crashing and a scream from downstairs, I quickly jumped up and out of bed, pulling on some boxers and racing down the stairs, when there was no one in the living room I ran to the kitchen and there was Max on the floor, picking up some pots and pans, with a cupboard open, we stared at each toher and both started laughing, she is so adorable when she laughs, "How did this happen?" I asked,my voice cracking, which made her laugh even more, "I wanted to make you breakfast but when I opened the cupboard the all fell out" she said through her laughs, I just shook my head and helped her clean up, after we were finished we stood up wrapping our arms around each other, "Sorry if I woke you" she murmured into my chest, "No you didn't I was already, I just couldn't be bothered to get up" I said, resting my chin on her head, we stood like that for a couple of minutes, "I'm going for a shower," I finally said, I felt her nod and pull away, giving me a quick kiss before I headed upstairs.

When I came out the shower I went into Max's room and grabbed clean clothes I had put in my bag just in case she had asked me to stay, as I was coming down stairs I caught a draft of pancakes, my eyes went wide as I entered the kitchen and saw a massive stack of pancakes on a plate, Max was on the counter reading a book, she put her book down as I approached, "Morning", she said, "We all ready said morning earlier" I said, laughing a little, "Yeah but you weren't actually fully awake so.." she trailed off I just nodded, and started to rub her legs, "How are you feeling after ast night?" I smirked, "Good, I mean the sex was great but it I've had better" she said, smirking, I gasped, fake hurting, then I picked her up bridal style, "Shall we try again?" I asked, she looked at me, "Nooo, you have to eat your pancakes" she said smirking and kissing me, going to jump out of my arms, but I locked the kiss, making out, " Jaime, your pancakes" she said in between kisses and jumping out my arms, walking past me and smacking my bum, "Hey! That's your not supposed to smack my bum, I'm suppised to smack yours" I shouted as I heard her going up the stairs, "Sexist!" she shouted back, I shrugged grabbing another plate and putting a couple of pancakes on it, taking a seat at the island and eating them.

When I was finished eating my pancakes, I started washing my dishes when my phone went off, I swiped across and put it on speaker so I could continue the dishes, "Hello?" I said, "Hey Jaime it's Mike, we all wanted to know if you and Max wanted to go to the beach around 6?" He asked and as if on queue Max walked in, she must have heard the conversation as she shouted, "Yeah we'll go" coming over and wrapping her arms around my waist as I cleaned the dishes, resting her head on my back, "Awesome!" he said, "Hey Mike guess what?" Max said, I was a little confused at first, "What?" he asked, "Jaime and I are officially a couple!" she said, turning me around and giving me a kiss, "Oh my god congrats, I'm gonna tell the guys they are gonna be so relieved, Jaime hasn't stopped talking about you since day one!" he laughed hanging up, she looked at me with hopeful eyes, "Really!?" she asked, I started to blush, "Well I... I mean" I stammered, "Awww that is adorable, she said kissing me and running off, I need to go get a shower, we need to be at the beach for 5:30pm and it's 2pm already!" she said in a panic and darting up the rest of the stairs, I just shook my head. That's my girl and I'm so glad she is mine, I have no idea what I'd do without her?
