I woke up to the sun shining so bright through my window, I rolled over and looked at my clock...noon.
I got dressed and went down stairs to be greeted by an empty house, Aunt J, must be at work but where is Michael? I pulled out my phone and dialed his number.
"Hey Jess, whatcha doing."
"Just walking around an empty house and bored."
"Then come on over, I'm at Mike and Vic's."
"K, see you in a few." I hung up then went up stairs and brushed my teeth then hair.
I put on my shoes and jogged across the street to find all five of them on the porch eating pizza.
"JESS!!" Jaime, ran up and gave me a bone crushing hug.
"Nice to see you too but I need air to live."
"She live's, nice to see you awake in the day time." Mike had a smirk on his face.
"You look tired." Tony, smiled at me.
"Well thanks you're not to bad yourself." I had a sarcastic tone
"Well let's eat pizza instead of talking about how shitty my cousin looks." Michael, began stuffing his face.
I grabbed a slice and sat next to Vic, he had on a tank top that showed his perfectly toned body and his caramel skin color it made him look so...attractive.
WHAT? No. Not here, not now. Things are going to go your way with no one in my way, I won't let myself fall into someone I can't. The past cannot repeat. I can't let myself get close to anyone.
I closed my eyes to let my sorrow become a piece of dust in time, to freeze the world I won't let- "Hey are you okay." Vic, whispered in my ear, I could feel his hot breath on me.
"Yeah why wouldn't I be." I gave a fake smile with a fake giggle that he bought.

I let my head fall back on my bed as the sun began to set, today was fun but I can't let myself enjoy it.
Tonight I don't wanna pack a bag, I just want to be free completely, nothing weighing me down.
I changed into a black belly shirt tank top and black nonripped skinny jeans and my combat boots.
The sun set finally and it's only 7:30pm.
I know no one will be asleep so I just decided to lock my door and climb out the window, I latched onto the tree beside it and began to crawl down the branches when I felt I was close enough I jumped down.
My feet hit the ground and the biggest grin spread across my face I was about to break into a run when I saw Vic, sitting on his porch staring at me.
I jogged over to him.
"Hey, wanna have some fun." maybe he can join me and maybe, just maybe, he'll understand.
"I see how much your eyes gleam with excitement when it's nearly dark." He had a look on his face I couldn't read.
"I feel most at peace hidden in the shadows.''
"Wow so poetic." He let out and adorable little laugh.
"Yeah, yeah, so wanna come.'' I held out my hand for him and he gladly took it with an eager look on his face.
"Let's go girlie." he intertwined he fingers with mine.
I looked at our hands and began laughing as I ran down the street dragging him with me.
Soon he began laughing with me as we ran side by side holding hands under the street lights.
I looked up and saw the moon shinning and I turned a corner pulling him with me, I was chasing the moon and it's beauty.
"Wait.'' Vic, put both of his hands on his knees and tried to catch his breath.
" NO! We have to hurry before it's to late!'' I said with and eager look.
''What? To late for what?" I realize how insane I just sounded, I don't even know what I was talking about.
"I don't know.'' I started to laugh and so did he.
"Let go to the hill and watch the sunrise.'' he said with a hopeful look.
I simply smiled and nodded.

We were laying on the grass talking until finally the colors of the sky began to change. we sat up and looked into the horizon.
I rested my head on his shoulder and for some reason I felt safe with him.
He rested his head on the top of mine and held my hand it felt so amazing. It was a peaceful silence.


Nothing more happened we both went home and went to bed, I can't get him out of my head. What are you doing to me Vic?
