Collide With the Selfish Machines

“And…get ready for tour. You have to be in San Diego in a month. Don’t let us down, please.” Mike said to Jaykub over the phone.

“I promise you, we won’t. Thank you so much, Mike.” I said then hung up.

“Who was that?” Rose asked Jaykub.

“It was my old friend, Mike. I have some awesome news.” Jaykub said. His bandmates looked at him expectantly. “Well, Mike is in a fairly well known band called Pierce The Veil and their band has decided to bring us on tour! We need to be in San Diego in a month for the start of the tour!” He explained excitedly.

“So you’ve known someone who could help us out, this whole time, and you’re only mentioning him now?!” Rose asked, sounding upset.

“I had one favor and didn’t want to take advantage of that unless I needed to. I’m pretty sure now was a time that I needed to. Aren’t you happy? This is our chance! Plus, you girls might like the Pierce The Veil guys; they are called sexicans by their fanbase.” Jaykub said with a smirk.

“I guess we’ll have to be the judges of that.” Raiven said smirking at Rose and Jay’s phone went off again.

From Mike Fuentes: Bring Me The Horizon will be on tour as well. If you don’t know them, they are from the UK. Oh, and you’ll be going on first every concert.

“There will be another band on the tour as well. They’re call Bring Me The Horizon and they are from the UK. Also, we will be going on first every night.” Jaykub announced.

“Then let’s get to practicing! We have a month and need to wow people so they like us!” Drew exclaimed with the biggest smile. The other three nodded in agreement before they strated practicing again. It was also at that moment they started figuring out what their best songs were so they could play them live and have a setlist ready.

*Mike’s POV*
“Okay, they know they need to be here in a month for the first show.” Mike said, putting his phone down after hanging up with Jaykub.

“You didn’t tell them they will be going on first or that the Bring Me guys will be on tour with us, too.” Vic said. Mike was very confused with his older brother.

“Why are you being so calm about Jaykub now? You basically hated him for the past few years.” Mike said to his older brother.

“I hate that he allowed you to throw an underaged party at his house that got busted when you had just turned 21. I like that, at least, he hid you where the cops wouldn’t find you. I like that he took the blame and kept you out of trouble.” Vic stated, making Mike roll his eyes.

“Okay. Just please don’t start lecturing me about that again.” Mike said then picked up his phone once more to text Jaykub.

I am so sorry that it has taken so damn long for Chapter 2 to come. My coauthor kind of bailed on me and I got really behind on all of my stories due to it being my senior year and having so much going on. But now that I have no life again and am not going to college and only work on the weekends, I will be able to stay more caught up on this story.
