Don't You Ever Let Me Fall

I sat on the couch with Mike eating dry cereal out of the box. "Then she just laid there." Mike continues, laughing loudly at the story of Alysha and her wardrobe malfunction. "Didn't make a sound just laid there quietly." Mike giggles.

He wipes a stray tear and laughs again before shoving more cereal in his mouth. "I'm thinking of winning Jason back." I blurt out. Mike stops chewing and sighs loudly. "Marilyn, that's not a good idea."

"Why not?" I ask suddenly offended. "Marilyn, he dumped you because you were too stubborn to show your love. You were a bitch to him and you don't deserve him honestly." Mike rants angrily. I stopped and looked at him tearfully.

"Wow Mike thanks. I think I'm going to go to the bar and drive right after." I threaten before storming out and slamming the door.

Kellin's POV

Copeland was with my mom so I decided to pay a visit to Vic. Okay, I wasn't really going to his house for him or Danielle. I often found myself wanting to see Marilyn Fuentes more honestly.

I walked up the driveway and saw the door open. Marilyn was storming out with tears rolling down her pale cheeks. Anger flashed in her eyes as she slammed the door and shoved past me. "Marilyn..?" I trail off as she ignores me and drives off.

Someone said something and now she's upset. I felt myself get angrier as I entered the house. Vic and Danielle were barely coming downstairs with questioning looks and Mike sat on the couch with a stunned look on his face.

It was him. I gritted my teeth and balled my hands into fists. "What did you say." I demand angrily. Vic immediately catches on and joins my side in anger. "Mike what did you say." Vic growls. Danielle sat next to him and glared. "What the fuck did you say to her." She whispers angrily.

"She told me she was gonna win Jason back and I said it was a bad idea and said she was a bitch to him and didn't deserve him. Then she told me she's gonna go to the bar and drive immediately after." Mike gulps. Suicide.

Danielle caught on and lunged forward. "YOU ASSHOLE!!" She shouts clawing at his face. Vic turns to me. "I'll take care of here you go find my sister Kellin. I trust you." Vic says patting my back and I immediately ran out.

The first place I drove to was the bar. I entered and looked around. She was nowhere in sight. "Excuse me have you seen a girl with short shoulder length blonde hair and pale skin? She was wearing a crop top and high waisted shorts with vans." I describe thinking hard.

"No one that fits that description has been in here today sorry dude." He frowns. "Thanks." I sigh before rushing back out. "Excuse me!" A voice calls after me. A woman covered in tattoos was just exiting the bar. "I think I've seen her." She states.

"Where?" I gasp. "Walking into that liquor store. She left with a bottle of vodka and drove off in that direction. She was not drinking." She explains pointing around. "Thank you." I sigh in relief before handing her five dollars and running off.

I drove down the direction Marilyn was seen going and found myself at a beach. Bingo. I squinted and saw a figure holding a bottle at the edge of this cliff. My eyes widened seeing what was happening. She wasn't about to kill herself was she?!

This isn't the Marilyn I know. I ran out of the car and bolted down the sand towards her. "MARILYN STOP!" I screech climbing quickly up the cliff. I inched towards her slowly and hitched my breath as she moved forward a bit.

Suddenly she crumbled to the floor and sobbed pulling me down with her. "I can't do it." She whispers sobbing into my shirt. "I just was so angry and I wanted to be gone forever but then I realized what happened to the old Marilyn. The bitch Marilyn?! And then I heard your voice and thought of you and I couldn't do it anymore." She chokes.

"I just thought of you and my thoughts of dying were flushed away."

I couldn't help but smile and pull her closer, tears falling into her hair,

"Good." I whisper.
