The Last Punch

“Holy shit is this really happening?” I asked messing around with the diamond ring on my hand, this will take some getting used to. I loved the feeling though, it made me feel like I always had Tony with me. I kept staring at the ring as Tony smiled. He was so happy that this day had finally come.
“It’s real, I can’t believe it..” He said wrapping his arm around me and giving me a kiss on the cheek. “I was thinking, let’s not tell anyone… At least not anyone who isn’t someone important in our lives. Just let people figure it out.. We don’t need this getting crazy.” He laughed nervously and sighed. “Eh, fuck it. I don’t give a shit who knows. I’m just so happy to know I have you this time. Like really have you. You make me so happy.” He gave me another kiss and I smiled.
“And you make me happy.” I laughed poking his nose. “I’m gonna go tell the boys and Mel!” I squealed, almost as bad as how I squealed when I found out Jaime was going to propose to Lian. Almost, but not as bad.
“Well uh the boys already know, they helped me pick the ring out. Adrien and Shep said that this one was 'so you and so cool'. So this was the one." I smiled at his explanation of how the ring was picked out.
"Well I'm gonna show Mel. I love you so much Tone..." I gave him a long kiss before heading out of my room, him following closely behind me.
"That was a quick ca- wait what's- hi Tony..." Mel said confused. Adrien and Shep turned around with mischievous smiles on their faces. Mel looked at them and looked back at me. "What am I missing here?" She said even more confused than before.
"Well, uh..." I then showed her my hand; her face turned from confused to a wide smile in less than 2 seconds. She sprung up from the couch and ran over to me.
"Oh my God Al!!" She squealed grabbing at my hand. "AH!" She said laughing. "I'm so happy for you two!!!" She pulled me into a tight hug then gave Tony a quick hug.
"Will you be my maid of honour?" I said smiling and looking into her eyes. She nodded excessively and gave me another hug. I smiled and hugged her back.
"Guys I found a penny!" Adrien said looking down at the couch. We all laughed at him as he raised his arm and had us all look at it.
"Guys I found the perfect ring!" Mel said holding up my hand.
"Guys I found the perfect wife!" Tony said pulling me close and kissing me. Mel let go of my hand and I wrapped it around Tone. Everyone awed and we continued our embrace.
