That night, as I laid in bed and tried to sleep, all sorts of thoughts kept running through my mind.

Tony and I hadn't talked much that night after I had broken the glass and I could tell something was bothering him. And that something was probably my words that had offended him. He thought I was afraid of him hurting me.

”Baby? Are you awake?” I whispered and looked to my side. Tony was laying there with his eyes closed but his breathing wasn't so relaxed so he was still awake.

”Kind of,” he whispered, ”Why?”

”I can't sleep.”

”Mmhm...”

”Are you angry?” I asked quietly.

”No...”

”But?”

”But I'm disappointed,” he said and sighed. Then he finally opened his eyes and turned to look into my eyes.

”I'm disappointed that you think I would ever hurt you,” he told me, ”And I'm trying so hard to make you happy. I push myself out of my comfort zone all the time with you. I take you out, I bought a house together with you which I've never done with anybody before, I left my girlfriend for you, I do everything for you.”

”I understand and I apologize, I didn't mean to make you think that,” I said, ”I just miss home sometimes and then everything feels bad. I'm sorry.”

”I don't want you to miss home. I want you to feel like this is your home,” he murmured and rested his hand on my stomach under the blanket.

”I know. And I do feel like I belong here with you but it's not always easy,” I whispered and flashed a quick smile even though I knew he couldn't see it in the dark.

”Talk to me about these things, babe,” he murmured, ”I want to know what goes through your head.”

”I know. I will.”

”Good,” he whispered and leaned closer to kiss my cheek.

”Tony?”

”Yeah?”

”Are you sad that the summer is almost over?” I whispered.

”Uh... Yes and no,” he said, ”Even though this summer has been full of stupid bullshit, it's been the best one in my entire life. I finally got a girl that I can see myself sharing my future with.”

And with those words playing over and over in my mind, I drifted into sleep, only to be woken up by him a few hours later.

”Abby? Abby! Wake up.” Tony was shaking my shoulder as my eyes fluttered open. I groaned and tried to pull the blanket over my head.

”What do you want?” I mumbled against the pillow after I realized that he wasn't going to stop bugging me until I was up.

”Vic needs a ride home from some bar,” he whispered.

”Why can't he call a cab?”

”He said he lost his wallet,” Tony mumbled, ”I have to go.”

”Really? Now? What time is it? Why did you wake me up?” I mumbled and lifted my head up. I ruffled my hair and rubbed my eyes before looking at my boyfriend with narrowed eyes.

”It's almost four,” he said, ”Do you want to come with me?”

”Ugh... Fine,” I mumbled with a deep sigh.

Five minutes later Tony was driving us to the bar where Vic was. I was sitting in the car, wrapped up in my blanket with my eyes tightly closed. I tried my best to fall back asleep but Tony kept turning on the radio whenever I tried to turn it off.

”Stop turning it on!” I exclaimed and tried to push his hand away.

”I'll fall asleep if it's turned off!” he shouted and I snorted dramatically.

”I shouldn't have come,” I muttered.

”Don't be such a pain in the ass. This won't take long,” he muttered.

When we arrived at the bar, I saw Vic with some girl standing in front of the doors. He spotted us and grabbed the girl's hand before pulling her into the car with him.

”Good evening,” Vic greeted us with a grin. I waved my hand at him and looked at the girl. I had no idea who she was and judging by the look on Tony's face, neither had he.

”So where shall we take you?” Tony asked and cleared his throat.

”Actually, that's what I wanted to talk to you about...” Vic started, ”Eh, I lost my keys along with my wallet. I tried to call Mike but he won't answer... Can we come over to your place?”

”To our place? Erm, sure, if you can sleep on the couch,” Tony mumbled and shrugged.

I wanted to kill Tony. He had just promised that Vic and some random girl could spend the night at our place. I mean, I had no problem with Vic being there but the girl... And let's be real, they weren't going to just spoon and talk about sappy things. They were going to have sex on our couch with us being in our bedroom. And in the worst case scenario, I would have to listen to it happen.

”Why did you let them come here?” I hissed as soon as the bedroom door was closed behind me.

Tony turned to look at me and lifted his finger to his lips, telling me to shut my mouth.

”Shh. What do you expect me to do? I can't let my best friend sleep outside on the street, either,” he whispered and shook his head.

I watched as he took off his jeans and got into bed. He turned off the lights and got comfortable as I just stood there next to the door and looked at him.

”Come on, Abby, get in bed and stop being like that,” he muttered after a moment.

”No. I refuse to listen to them having sex on my couch,” I whispered and pouted.

”Having sex? Oh, come on, babe.”

”What? Wouldn't you do the same if you brought a girl home from bar? Isn't that the whole point of bringing somebody home from the bar?”

”Well yeah,” he finally admitted, ”Maybe you're right.”

”Exactly.”

”So what are you going to do? Are you going to stand there the whole night, huh?” he asked and chuckled.

”I don't know,” I mumbled, ”But I think you should tell them to leave.”

”Babe, you know I can't do that,” he told me quietly and I had to agree.

I sighed deeply and sat down on the bed. Tony sat up and pulled me down closer to him. I cuddled closer to him and sighed once again. Tony started brushing my hair gently and I tried to relax but couldn't as I knew that Vic and the girl were probably getting it on in the livingroom at that very moment.

And then I heard a loud moan followed by Vic's groan.

”Oh my god,” I breathed and started biting my lip, ”They're doing it right now.”

”Don't listen to it. Focus on something else,” Tony whispered.

”Like what?” I whispered and turned to look at him.

He shrugged and leaned close to me. He gently pressed his lips against my mouth and gave me a soft kiss. I grabbed the back of his head and pulled him into another kiss.

”Do you want to?” he whispered into my mouth. I pulled away.

”Do I want what?” I whispered.

”Do it?”

”What, have sex?”

”Yeah,” he nodded and started rubbing my bare stomach under my shirt and the blanket.

”While they're doing it in the other room? No thank you,” I said and shook my head.

”Oh, come on,” he murmured and started moving his hand down my stomach. I grabbed his hand and pushed it away. I turned my back to him and closed my eyes. That didn't turn him down as a few seconds later he had pulled me back into his arms and started kissing my neck.

”No funny business,” I mumbled and sighed. He laughed into my ear before continuing the kissing.

”No funny business,” he agreed as he started rubbing my lower stomach, and my god, what he did to me. It felt so good that it felt hard to say no to him. It wasn't even that sexual, yet, but it felt super good.

”Keep doing that and I will fall asleep in no time,” I whispered and let out a relaxed sigh.

When I woke up, the next morning, I didn't even remember that we had somebody over. I got wrapped up in a blanket and stepped out of our bedroom. The first thing I saw was a woman's naked body laying over the couch and my eyes shot wide open. I stared at her for a moment before I realized that it was Vic's girl who he had brought over the previous night. I shook my head and heard Vic and Tony chatting in the kitchen.

I walked into the kitchen and saw my boyfriend and his best friend having breakfast.

”Morning,” I mumbled and flashed a smile.

”Good morning,” Vic said and patted my back as I walked past him to Tony. Tony pulled me down and I sat down on to his lap.

”The first thing I saw this morning was your girl. Naked,” I mumbled to Vic.

”Great body, right?” Vic said and winked. I just shrugged as Tony kissed my cheek quickly.

Tony's phone buzzed in his pocket and I stood up so he could pull it out.

”I have to go call Mike,” Vic said and got up before leaving the kitchen. I turned to look at Tony who was biting his lip and staring down at his phone. He quickly ended the call before even answering it and put the phone away.

”Who was it?” I asked and furrowed my eyebrows.

”No one.”

”Well it must've been someone...”

”It was no one, don't worry about it,” he mumbled.

All of a sudden the whole atmosphere in the room had changed. Tony seemed uneasy and I could only wonder who had called him. And then, without really meaning to act that way, I grabbed his phone from the table. Didn't I trust him? Did I think it was some girl calling him or what?

Tony was faster than I was and had grabbed the phone back from me before I had the chance to check who had just called him. And then I realized that it probably had been some girl that had called him. Why else would he had acted that way?

”Who was it?” I asked and stared at him with my wide eyes, ”Tell me. Right now.”

”I told you not to worry about it,” he muttered.

”Tell me!” I exclaimed, ”Tell me who it was!”

”Shut up,” Tony muttered, ”Stop shouting, Abby.”

”I will stop shouting when you tell me who it was!”

”Uh, guys... Is everything alright?” I heard Vic's voice coming from the doorway. I turned to look at him and tried to blink away the tears that were soon going to fill my eyes. Vic looked worried.

”Yeah. Everything's just fine,” I muttered and sniffled before storming out of the room.
