The Reason

Alex and I headed back to bus to see everyone from All Time Low, Pierce The Veil and Sleeping With Sirens sitting in a circle and talking about stupid stuff. Everyone cheered as we approached them and joined the circle of laughter and tipsy talk. Copeland sat on the ground in front of Kellin on a pillow, and I sat next to her, in front of Jack. Stories were told, hugs went around and opinions were shared before it was midnight and it was time to go back to the buses. We said goodnight to one another and I hugged Alex goodnight, he whispered 'Remember our promises, okay?' I nodded and hurried back to the bus. Later that night, I felt safe and like nothing was going to go wrong anymore. I rested my head on my pillow and smiled, the swift movement of the bus helping me fall asleep.

I wake up the next morning completely happy and fine, ready to take on the day. I get dressed and ready before grabbing my backpack and lanyard and going outside. I think we're in Nevada? I'm not very sure... but Copeland told me there was a really cool park next to were the show will be held. I met Copeland outside and after getting permission, left the area to go find the park.

After about ten minutes of walking, we found the park and a couple of kids walking around wearing band shirts and probably waiting for the gates to open for warped tour.

"Do you want to walk in deeper?" Copeland asked, pointing to a trail hidden almost completely by trees and bushes.

"Sure." I said, as we began walking in the direction of the trail. I suddenly felt a soft tap on my shoulder and turned around to see a girl with black and blue hair from the group we saw earlier.

"Um, excuse me, are.. are you Vic Fuentes' daughter? " she said, pointing and me.

"Yeah!"

"And are you Kellin Quinn's daugher?" She said, pointing at Copeland.

"Yup yup!" Copeland smiled.

The girl squealed and asked" Can we get a picture with you two?" She asked, pointing at her friends behind her.

"Of course!" Copeland said. The girl got her friends and we took a picture when another girl asked, "What are you doing here?"

"We got bored and decided to come check this place out." I answered. We talked for a bit and the girl with blue and black hair decided to introduce her friends.

"I'm Lila." She said. Lila is very pretty, she has grey eyes, a nose ring and a really pretty smile.

"I'm Krystiel" Said the girl who asked why we were here. She has short hair that's black and red, a lip and nose ring and is wearing an Issues shirt.

"I'm Danny!" Said a tall boy with gauges and short black hair.

"And I'm Tyler." a blonde boy said with a smile. We all walked around the park and talked. They were all so funny and nice! Soon we had to leave so that we would get in before we both get trampled. We all said our goodbyes and me and Copeland headed back to the arena. It felt nice to beable to have a genuine laugh with kids who are nice and respected me..
