Kissing In Cars

Victor's POV

"Alright, today's a free day, you guys! We're meeting here at 8 pm tonight for the camp fire and yes, we're sleeping in tents tonight."

A couple of groans were heard around in the line. Kellin looked scared, actually. I was fucking excited! I actually like real camping, not staying in cabins and doing activities we don't give a fuck about.

"Alright, off you go!" Adam cheered. I grabbed Kellin's hand and ran.

"Vic! Where are we going?!" Kellin laughed, stumbling behind me. I was just so happy right now.

"Don't know and don't care!" I shouted, yanking him towards me so he fell into my chest.

"Vic, you're so silly." Kellin chuckled. I smirked at him and ran again. We were running side by side and for some reason we just kept laughing. I think it was just the fact that we felt so carefree right now.

"Viiiiic!" Kellin whined.

"Shh!" I laughed. I lead us out to our meadow, and as always, it was breathtaking.

"God, I love it here." Kellin sighed in content. He sat Down on the soft grass and flowers, pulling me down with him.

"Yea, me too..." I smiled. This is the most beautiful thing I've seen and I'm experiencing it with the most amazing person I've met.

"Kellin." I spoke. He turned his head to look at me.

"What?"

"What?" I said. He furrowed his eyebrows and looked back ahead of him.

"Kellin." I whispered.

"What, Vic?" Kellin rolled his eyes.

"What?" I retorted. Kellin groaned and looked away again.

"Kelliiiin." I sang.

"WHAT?" Kellin asked, throwing his arms in the air. Here it goes.

"I love you." I whispered. It felt weird to finally get it out there. You know, saying it first and saying it because I really wanted to. I'm happy though...I never thought I could love someone after Justin.

Kellin's face burned red within seconds but he didn't look embarrassed, he just looked happy. He smiled and turned his tomato shaded face away from me.

"I'm sorry...I'm being such a girl right now..." Kellin spoke. And that's when I heard him sniffling.

"Are you crying?" I asked. He didn't answer.

"Babe, you okay?.." I asked. I have to admit I was feeling way too self-concise right now.

What if I'm saying it too much? Well it's only been twice, but was this the right time? When's the right time anyway? Did I push it? Oh god, what if he doesn't love me like he thought he did?!

"I'm just..." Kellin turned his head to face me. He was crying but his lips held onto a smile. "I just never thought someone would love me..." He choked out. My heart broke a little at hearing that.

"How could anyone ever not love you?" I frowned. "You're amazing, you're mesmerizing, you're beautiful, you're the definition of perfect."

"Stop lying to me.." Kellin laughed dryly.

"Kellin, you mean the world to me, I mean it. And I'm so happy and so god damn lucky that I get to call you mine." I took his hands in mine and made him look up at me.

"There's no one else in the world that I'd want more than I want you. I don't think you realize how much you've done for me this summer..." I chuckled.

"What've I done?" Kellin smiled softly.

"Well...I never thought I'd feel this way about someone again...I didn't want a boyfriend, or a hook up, or to even meet anyone new this summer and then I met you. And now you're all I'm ever thinking about and..." Okay, now I was the one getting emotional.

"Aw, don't go all girly on me, Viccy poo." Kellin laughed. I laughed too, wiping away a stray tear that had fallen onto my cheek and continuing.

"You made me realize I shouldn't be afraid to...to let myself love another person and realize that not everyone's the same, because you're not gonna hurt me, you're not gonna take advantage of me, and you're not Justin. You're my sweet, genuine, shy, cute, sexy, hot boyfriend and I couldn't ask for someone better."

"Y-You mean that?" Kellin looked at me with hopeful eyes.

"Every word." I nodded, pressing a kiss to his temple.

"I don't deserve you..." Kellin sighed, resting his forehead against mine. "I love you too...more than you know."

I pecked his lips and held both his hands as we sat there crisscross, facing eachother.
"I'm a Barbie girl..." I whispered, closing my eyes in humiliation.

"What?" Kellin laughed, shaking a little at hearing what I said.

"In a Barbie world." I continued, louder now. "Life in plastic, it's fantastic!"

"Oh my god, you're doing it..." Kellin gushed, looking as amused as ever. He looked at me, laughing at how ridiculous it was. I just felt like I should sing it to him...he did ask, even though at the moment I didn't want to, but hey, it's Kellin. Why not give it a go?

"You can brush my hair, undress me everywhere..." I sang. Kellin covered his mouth to silence the laughs, but I still heard them. Despite it being an odd, old, girly, and just...bleh kind of song, I still used my best singing voice, because after all, this was a pretty cool song. In my opinion...

"Imagination, life is your creation." I paused and waited for him to get quiet. Once he did, I started again. "COME ON BARBIE, LET'S GO PARTY!" I threw my hands in the air and wiggles around a little.

And Kellin just came undone, bursting out in a fit of laughter. I sang the first part again.

"I'm a blond bimbo girl, in a fantasy world. Dress me up, make it tight, I'm your dolly."

"Well you're one sexy dolly, Viccy." Kellin laughed. I blushed furiously before continuing.

"You're my doll, rock'n'roll, feel the glamour in pink, kiss me here, touch me there, hanky panky..." I sang, standing up and moving my butt to the music in my head.

"You can touch, you can play, if you say: 'I'm always yours.'" I sang, pointing to Kellin as I said 'I'm always yours.'

"Uu-oooh-u..." I blushed as I continued to sing the song.

"I'm gonna remember this forever!" Kellin laughed, falling back onto the grass and shutting his eyes as he tried to focus on my voice.

"Do I have to sing the whole song?" I laughed, feeling embarrassed beyond belief.

"Sing the next most embarrassing part. Then you can stop." Kellin laughed. I continued on with the ridiculous song.

"I can act like a star, I can beg on my knees-"

"If this is your way of trying to seduce me....it's working." Kellin winked. That only made me more uncomfortable and he knew that, either way I continued with the part.

"Come jump in, bimbo friend, let us do it again, hit the town, fool around, let's go party!" I finished, covering my red face in my hands.

Kellin removed my hands and moved my chin up before pressing his lips onto mine softly. I could feel him smiling into the kiss and that only made me smile in return.

"You're unbelievable.." Kellin chuckled, his breath hitting my lips.

"I know."

"I don't want to camp! Why do we have to do this stupid thing anyways?" Kellin pouted, crossing his arms on the bed.

"Stupid?" I asked in disbelief.

"Yea...stupid. It's stupid. It's lame." Kellin sighed. But I didn't believe him.

"Have you ever gone camping?" I asked.

"Well, no-"

"Then how would you know if it were lame or stupid?" I countered.

"I just...I I-"

"Exactly." I said in triumph. "Your argument is invalid. You have to give it a try, babe. I'll make it worth your while."

I took his hand as we walked out to meet Adam and everyone else at the flagpole. Adam began his instructions once everyone was gathered around.

"Alright, I know you're all excited, right?!" Adam asked, gleefully. He got no such response.

"Okay, too bad, it's happening."

"Anyway, there will be four people in one tent! So hurry up and pick partners! I'll give you give minutes." Adam spoke. I quickly grabbed Kellin's hand.

"Who're we gonna pick?" Kellin asked. I walked over to Mike, seeing as he was alone.

"You wanna share a tent with us?" I asked, sighing a little. I'd much rather be in the tent alone with just Kellin but I know that can't happen, so Mike it is.

"Yea, let me go get Patrick." Mike spoke, walking off in his direction. But they were close enough for me to hear what they were saying.

"Hey pat, wanna share a tent with us?" Mike smiled, motioning towards Kellin and I. Boy, he really likes Patrick.

"Uh...I um...I already have a tent..." Patrick shrugged awkwardly.

"What? With who?" Mike asked, clearly a little annoyed.

"Um...Chris, Tyler, and Jesse." I noticed Mike cringe as he heard the last name.

"I feel bad for him..." Kellin spoke beside me.

"I know...I do too." I replied.

"Okay, that's fine...see you around." Mike spoke quickly, heading back to us.

"So, where's Patrick?" I played dumb.

"He already has a tent." Mike said simply before turning to look somewhere else and shouting. "GERARD!"

Who the fuck is Gerard? A guy with bright red hair came approaching us with a smile when he saw Mike.

"Hey...what's up?" The guy- Gerard asked.

"Do you have a tent yet?" Mike asked.

"No." Came the quick reply.

"Well you do now!" Mike grinned, throwing an arm over Gerard's shoulder and looking back at Patrick.

"Cool, so he's your brother?" Gerard asked Mike, looking at me.

"Yup, his names Vic."

"And this is your boyfriend?" Gerard asked me, looking to Kellin now.

"Yea..." I blushed. "Hi." I greeted awkwardly.

"Hello." Gerard chuckled. Kellin didn't say anything. He just held my hand and I noticed his hand getting sweaty.

"Alright, everyone get in line! We're heading to the camp grounds!" Adam ordered. The whole way up to the camp grounds, the darker the sky was getting and the more stars started to come out.

"I hope a bear doesn't eat us." Kellin sighed. "Or worse....he steals our food!" Kellin gasped in horror.

"Relax." I laughed at him. "Ill make sure the bear won't touch you...or the food." I chuckled.

When we were at our camp, all set up and everything, Adam insisted on sitting around the camp fire. So we all did, but he just had to sing camp fire songs. That was the only party pooper. After that we started going around telling stories, scary stories, and quite frankly, I didn't think Kellin was into them. He was scared and trembling beside me.

"It's okay baby, it's just a story." I cooed, holding him close. He covered his ears anyway.
Mike was sat next to me and he was starting daggers at Patrick and Jesse across from us. But then Gerard got Mike's attention, whispering something in his ear. Before they both headed off somewhere else. Where the fuck are they going?

It was getting late and everyone had pretty much already gone into their tents. Everyone except two people. Me and Kellin. We were our here staring up at the stars until the radio started playing a really good song. It was slow and gentle. I looked down at Kellin's smaller body and got up, holding my hand out to him.

"What?" Kellin asked.

"Dance with me." I smiled.

"What? No, I can't dance..." He blushed.

"It's okay, no ones out here but us. Please?" I asked. The song was perfect and the scenery couldn't be better. We were in front of the lake with the fire in the background, under the stars. Perfect.

"O-Okay." Kellin blushed, standing up and taking my hand. I wrapped my arms around his waist as he carefully placed his around m my neck. We slowly swayed our bodies with the music. Kellin rested his head on my shoulder and I let my chin fall upon his head.

The soft accordion playing in the music was so...I don't know, it's completed the song. I picked up on the lyrics and started singing along softly into Kellin's ear.

"Have I found you, flightless bird?..jealous, weeping." I sang softly.

"Or lost you, American mouth? Big pill, looming." Kellin sang back. The lyrics to the song were somewhat strange but this song had a romantic feel to it. The way it was sung and the way the music filled it perfectly...it just felt romantic.

And this moment was absolutely perfect. Holding Kellin in my arms, under the stars, and dancing slowly with him as I kiss his forehead and look at his sleepy eyes; it's in this moment that I can truly say, I've never been happier than I am right now to love Kellin. I'm so in love...so fucking in love with him.
