I woke up with my head snuggled into Oli's bare chest. I looked up at his face, to see he was awake.

"Good Morning." He had an adorable morning voice, kinda like Vic.

"Where you watching me sleep?" I asked him.

"What no!" He blushed. I laughed.

"It's only okay when Edward does it." I teased.

"You are making references to a movie you've only heard about." He shot back.

"Hey Oli, why are were we sleeping like this, together, on the couch?" I asked. He sighed.

"You were really delirious last night, and exhausted. Vic kept up with you, until he passed out, then you ran around the hotel screaming that Vic died, crying and waving your arms around all crazy. Then you proceeded to tell me to lie down on the couch, and you walked over and snuggled into me. You fell asleep almost instantly. I figured I shouldn't wake you up, so we stayed like this." He explained. I thought back to Vic's weird phone call. Surely Oli mustn't love me, he just thinks of me as a friend, right?

I jumped from the platform and let myself free. I held out my arms and yelled on the top of my lungs for absolutely no reason. I kept gliding midair, the only thing keeping me from smacking the ground was a sturdy rope that attached me to this gizmo that glided down the zipline. I looked at all the birds and trees. They live with little fear. They soar in the air, and look for food or a mate. None of this complicated nonsense that humans create for themselves. The hipline slowed down to a stop, snapping me back into my thoughts. I was unhooked and I kissed Vic.

"Baby this was so much fun." I smiled.

"I know darling." He whispered against my skin. I pulled away from him to see Oli getting unhooked. He frowned. What could be upsetting him?
