His brown eyes were wide. Almost leaving their sockets, wide.
"Alia." He said.
I smile at him, he was so speechless.

"Alia, let's go." Penny said.

"Alia wait." He said. I turn around and he was standing in front of me. Half of me wanted to wrap my arms around his torso and never let him go.. The other half wanted to smack his face. "Here." He hands me a small pass. "We need to talk. Meet me here at 9 sharp. The crowd would be gone by then." I nod sharply. He moves a strand if hair from my face, and i move out of his touch. He let's puts a heavy sigh.
"Come on Penny. Stephan and Kitty are waiting for us." I said. "I'll come back." I said to the man. He smiles, yet it doesn't really reach his eyes. Me and Penny walk away, and look for the others.
"I felt the tension! It was really thick!"
"You don't say." She smiles.
"at least he remembers you."
"maybe it's just the name Penny."
"No... I saw that daddy magic. Trust."
Daddy magic. HA!
"Let's just go with Stephan and Kitty." I said. I didn't want to talk about it anymore.

"You sure you can do this alone?" Ashely, Stephan's best friend, said. She knew what was going on... I guess she was raised with them as well.
"I'm sure." She gives me this Look. "I am! Trust me."
"Okay... Me, and the rest are going to be in the bus. He'll probably want to talk to you outside."
"most likely." They shrug.
"You got this Ali" Penny said and squeezed my shoulders. "You got this."


Did I really? Was I, Alia, ready to face my dad after so many years. Was I really ready?
