Feeling on Fire. Part 2

Penny hasn't spoken a word to me, and I feel guilty. I couldn't say anything, because maybe she was processing something in her mind, or something was bothering her. Either way, I shouldn't interrupt. My dad calls me that he was outside. Penny was cleaning and had her earphones on, music all the way up because I could hear it. I left her a note saying I was with my dad and left her some money. I got my keys and made my way outside.
"Welcome back!" I said to Chris
. "Woah! Didn't see you there, and thanks! How was the holidays?"
"It was great, spend some time with my dad.. How about you?"
"Great, looks like I'm an uncle already."
"Congrats! Well I have to go, but we have to catch up."
"For sure. For sure, see you later." I give him a hug and went outside, and entered my dad's car.
"What took you so long?"
"My neighbor arrived from his trip, stopped by to say hi." "Neighbor huh?"
"Dad... Don't start."
"I won't. Let's go have some beach breeze." I nod and we made our way to the beach.

"What he say?" I asked, while kicking some sand.
"Said that he was extra drunk, and some girl started to do shit with him, they ended up in bed and you know what happen next."
"What else did he say?"
"That he regretted deeply, and totally understands that you hate him right now. He also said that if you need to break it up.. That it was okay."
"That's the thing. I don't know anymore."
"Just follow your brain. If you know you love Bryan down deeply... Then don't, but give yourself time and let him prove it to you that he wants still wants you. That's what I told him." I stayed quiet. I honestly didn't know what to do. I love him... But I can't accept the fact that he cheated on me.
"I just can't accept the fact he cheated."
"And it will take time to do so, but like I said. It's your choice Alia. I can't make you decide. I although, will support you, whatever you choose."
"Thanks pops." He wraps his arm over my shoulder and I wrap it around his waist.
"Wanna get something to eat?" "Alright."
