Run Away Dad

I settle on the couch in my room and look at my friends. They're the best, they've stuck by me through my pregnancy and all the court stuff. They kept me going, Josh and James suggested his name, Zeke, Summer suggested his middle name, Connor. So on March 22, 2012 Zeke Connor Rodriguez was born. Jack called me that day, he stayed on the phone as long as he could before they made him get off. He may have been a shitty guy, but he's a pretty okay Dad.

"So what's been goin' on in your life Ron?" James asks me. I chuckle.

"Where do I begin?" I say.

"Well how about Monday? How was the new shrink?" Josh asks, I laugh.

"Well I have Daddy issues apparently, um Tuesday I find out my Uncle was looking for me and I found out Jack is getting out of prison, Wednesday was the same as usual, Thursday I met with my attorney about custody so far Jack agrees with me about how Zeke should stay with me full time and he could have visitation, um yesterday I spent with my son at Six Flags that's why I wasn't there, and today I went to a football and caught the boy who has been my rock for years cheating on me." I say in one breath they all stare at me. "Oh and my dad who I haven't seen in five years comes back into my life."

"You need this trip to chill out," Josh says I laugh at it.

"When do I have time, between being a mom and working and school?" I say.

"That's it we're babysitting the child on Friday while Summer takes you out for a girls night." James says, I smile and look to Summer and she nods.

"Thank you so much!" I say hugging James and Josh. They're so sweet I love them so much.

"Alright well let's get to sleep, we have a long day tomorrow."Summer says and I smile. Things might not be so bad afterall.

Short Update hope you like it. Comment any feedback you have I love it. The other PTV boys are coming in the next chapter so get excited. Also I'm having a hard time deciding who I want Ronnie to end up with.
